I am Sales Director at a retirement community that has used Home Instead for years. We have always had good experiences with this company — prompt responses, professional staff, caregivers who are reliable and really care. Home Instead is the first place we call when one of our residents has home health needs. I would recommend them to anyone who has the same needs.

Stay away from this company if at all possible! My mother experienced theft from their care givers and they were VERY unreliable. One of the care givers even put her name as an insured on my mother’s vehicle! There was no continuity with care givers whatsoever! There are other reliable home care agencies and this is not one of them! BUYER BEWARE!
