Huntersridge Apartments

Lived here for awhile and i loved the amenities from media room, gym, pool, hot tub, tennis court, and even theatre room! I love the easy access to Bear creek trail cause its right in the back yard of this property. Various upgrades inside and out.

I wish I had never moved into this place! The manager when we first signed our lease and checked out the place was great. He wasn’t there much longer after we moved in. After 6 short months we were contacted by the new manager letting us know there was a problem with our balcony and that we would need to move to another building. It’s all been down hill from there. Apparently, we shouldn’t have even been aloud to move in that apartment in the first place. It seemed to be a fight to get anyone to call us back and give us any info on when the move would be, where we were going and so forth. I contacted upper management several times and never once got a return phone call from them. Then, just last week our apartment flooded. Upon calling maintenance to get it fixed the «kid» showed up, said he’d be right back with a part and never came back. I called the front office and was told they needed to look into our file and I was assured a phone call back. Several hours went by and still no phone call so I called again. Once again I was told someone would call me back and surprise, surprise that never happened. Next thing you know, Friday evening we have 6 inches of standing water in our hallway and into our living room. Had we not been home the damage would have been a lot worse. This time they sent a different maintenance man who was quick to come replace the part and get a restoration company in to tear out the affected carpet and place fans. Still, we have not had one phone call from anyone in the office. Do your research before moving into this complex. For us, it’s been nothing but problems.
