Please DONOT go here. They rip you off. None of the employees have any certifications as they claim on their website. They always use Pirated copies of programs downloaded from uTorrent sites. They don’t even have a good place to store your data and employees don’t even know the correct prices to charge. If I were you, I would stay the hell away from this place.

James and his crew know what they’re doing! He transferred all my data seamlessly to my new MacBook Air and it was super affordable. He also fixed up an old MacBook in less than 24 hours, which before I brought to him was dead on my book shelf for over two years. I will use James and his awesome services for all my personal and business computer necessities. Highly recommend!!!

I love this place! I’ve had to bring in my laptop a few times when I didn’t feel like having to deal with the Apple store and their outrageous prices, and they are always friendly, smart,(Cheap!) with a quick turn-around. I really can’t recommend them enough. Everyone else that works there is super great and patient with me. Highly recommend!

I had a really bad experience with a snarky employee here. My macbook pro harddrive crashed a few days ago, and though I replaced the hard drive, I have been unable to upload the operating system. He said it would be $ 120 to do so, which is absurd in its own right, and when I asked for other cheaper options nearby his response was a guffaw and an inappropriately-toned«This is Cherry Creek. What do you expect? Go out to Lakewood or something.» Mr. Guffaw, what I expect is friendly service from people who work in the service industry. I’ve been all over Cherry Creek. Shopping, groceries, salons, coffee shops, art shows. Even repair stores in Cherry Creek, in fact. And, shock, no one else seems to be an elitist asshole. (For the record: I went to the Apple store later that day(also in Cherry Creek!), and was GeniusBarred by a super helpful guy. Turns out I have a faulty hard drive, and Mr. Guffaw would’ve just charged me $ 120 and screwed me over anyway.)
