Interstate Express Messenger

I was suppose to receive my freight on Tuesday as promised by parts geek when I placed the order. The freight arrived in Denver Tuesday 4am with no calls to me to schedule for delivery. I have made over five calls to figure out what’s with my shipment and every time I get the same answer «we will call you in 24 – 48 hours for delivery …
Finally got a call today Friday from «robby» the 4^th day my freight has been in town.
I have print outs of my tracked package with arrivals and times and they are claiming they didn’t receive it that day and bla bla bla
I have lost time and money do to this shipping company I strongly suggest a different company
They work as a team with Estes Exspress in aurora Colorado I urge you to read all the late and damaged shipments before you go with either company

I work for a law firm in Seattle, WA. We used Interstate Express to pick up documents for us and have them faxed over to us. Everyone was very helpful and very fast. They were great following-​up on a second pending pick up and delivery. Mike was especially helpful!

I worked with Mike to get two proposals in on very strict deadlines. The proposals were for multi-​million dollar projects and Mike was very professional and accommodating with our needs. We were running late with almost everything and he and his team worked hard to get everything done under a tremendous amount of pressure. Will definitely be coming back.
