I couldn’t be happier with the wood floor installation James LoBello did for me recently in three rooms. He really knows what he’s doing after being in the business for more than 20 years. He went out of his way to make sure I would be happy with some of the things he had in mind. I told him I totally trusted his judgement and that he was «in charge.» He also did extras that he didn’t have to do. I love, love, love my new floors — and James!

James is a true professional.
When seeking estimates for a flooring installation, James was quick with a clear and very reasonable quote. Scheduling was easy and James finished the project with obvious care and experience.
When we had an issue with our flooring due to an irregular subfloor surface (an issue with our old house, not the installation work), James helped us problem solve and even came back a number of times to help us fix the issue at his own time cost and charged us nothing additional.
James is precise, thorough, and obviously gives great consideration to the quality of his work. In short, he is a craftsman.
Would recommend James Lobello for any job.
