Freaky slow delivery, order food at 1:30, at 3 pm still no food. Manger offered a whopping $ 5 store credit… no just cancel my order and I’ll go to Jersey Mikes from now on

Freaky fast? More like freak accident if your food actually shows up. I’ve ordered from here twice and never received my food. Exactly what you want from a restaurant that delivers food(sarcasm).

Wow! What horrible listening skills from the woman on the phone. After repeating me and my fiancée’s order THREE times, they still got it wrong. Forgot mustard packets, didn’t cut our sandwich’s in half AND I paid for cheese and did not get cheese. Quality of these sandwich’s was no where near what we paid. Never ordering again

I called to place a deliver order a little before they closed, and I’m less than half a mile away. After telling them it would be for delivery, the guy told me «we close in 10 minutes» and then hung up the phone on me. Now he won’t answer my phone calls anymore. I’ll be speaking with the manager tomorrow. The laziness of some employees amazes me.

This is my second order delivery and my wife’s 5th or 6th delivery order. I do remember our last delivery order was missing our ever popular pickle. This go around I ordered on the mobile delivery JJ’s app and it took 29 to arrive from placing my order with my right thumb.

I order delivery from here almost weekly. I think maybe once they didn’t slice my sandwich in half like I asked, but aside from that I’ve never had any issues with my order. I usually order, actually I always order the turkey tom with NO mayo(they’re very generous with their mayo FYI), lettuce, cucumber, Italian vinaigrette, onions, oregano and peppers. The bread is amazing and my sandwich is always good. To me, a sandwich is a sandwich and they deliver right to my office so I am definitely a fan. I do like that you can order whole pickles, I feel like I’m at a little league game or the movies, so sometimes I’ll also treat myself to a pickle!

Pretty sure they either can’t read or are all stoned bc my order is wrong here more often than not.

Food was delivered in under 30 min, easy online ordering. I did have to call the store after realizing they forgot my drinks and the driver has just pulled away. The store offered to either send someone out with my drinks or give me store credit, I opted to still get the drinks and they were brought back right away! Sandwich is exactly as I ordered it and delicious. I’ve used this store a couple times now and will continue to do so.

Just moved here from New Jersey and one thing were known for are«incredible subs». My journey of finding a decent sub shop was derailed by my one and only terrible sandwich/sub at this spot. This was a recommendation LOL. I can say the customer service was amazing. Both ladies were delightful and engaging, BUT the sandwich/sub was so-so. Guys, the bread is SO key and ya have to use oil plus vinegar on a sub. Not a combo of Italian dressing on a Italian sub and the bread was dry, the meat was barely enough and the flavor was in left field somewhere. Btw… where was the mayo? No worries, I’ll keep on my quest until I find a decent sub shop without all the bells and whistles. Thanks, but NO thanks at a second chance. GREAT customer service tho!!!

Was skeptical ordering delivery after reading the bad reviews for the long wait… ordering a little at 5 pm and the driver was here within 25 minutes.

I really like the jimmy johns but this location needs to get it together. I wish there was another one that would deliver to my apartment. They take over two hours for delivery of one sandwich and it sucks. Just call snarfs it’s take just as long but you get a way better sandwich for the wait.

This Jimmy John’s is the slowest I have experienced! It took me an hour and a half to get a turkey sandwich. No apologies, no attempts to throw in a free cookie or chips. Just told me that they were ‘in the middle of the business district so that is what I can expect’.

worst jimmy johns in Denver. Wish there was a better one that could deliver to my office because I am a sucker for their sandwiches. Can often take up to an hour and they show up soggy.

I stopped eating at all Jimmy Johns restaurants after learning Jimmy John hunts rare animals around the world for trophies. I won’t return as long as that pig is the owner.

Dear Jimmy John on Alameda. You are not freaky fast! Waited an hour for delivery and you are just 3 minutes down the road. When I got it, it was the wrong sub, you forgot the chips and the coke was flat. When I call back, the lady that answered told me to hold onto it so I can exchange it. Really?! I was hungry an hour ago, I didn’t want to wait another hour. Of course she hung up on me because I told her to get her act together. Use yo freakin noggin people! I understand you probably aren’t working your dream job. That’s why didn’t give the delivery guy sh! t. But you are still dealing with the customer service which affects consumer decision on whether they want to give your employer money in exchange for their services/products, etc. One day you will grow up and understand maybe. Anyways, that’s my rant.

Jimmy John’s by far is way better then Subway’s sandwiches but if you are looking for«Freaky Fast Delivery» this Jimmy John’s is not the place to call. I don’t live far from this location and I always have to make a little snack in between my call for delivery and the actual delivery. An hour and a half sometimes two hours and anywhere in between is about the average delivery time for me. I still order from here because the sandwiches aren’t bad; just know if you are ordering from here you might want to grab a granola bar or a small bowl of cereal because your wait time is going to be a while.

I’d never heard of Jimmy John’s before until visiting my sister in Denver and she raved about their sandwich with fresh ingredients and lots of them. We’re from Jersey and grew up with some tasty local sub shops(literally, Tasty Subs in Edison, NJ– so good Obama went there), so I trusted her opinion. I ordered the #6(vegetarian with cucumbers, avocado, tomatoes and provolone), but made it unvegetarian by adding turkey. I was surprised that the sandwiches were done probably within a minute after ordering. Sure enough, they were nice and big with fresh ingredients. I ate about ¾ of mine and was so full I couldn’t finish(I’m writing this about 6 hours later and honestly am still full– you can’t say that about other sub chains-can you?). I looked them up and saw there are a few locations about 20 or so minutes from me in Jersey– can’t wait to go back and try their other sandwiches!

I was surprised to see all of the scathing reviews of this Jimmy John’s. I mean I am not going to rave and write my momma about it(I guess unless my mom checks my Unilocal, that is), but it’s not BAD — at least in my experience. They are super quick(as is the case with every Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to), the food quality is all that you could hope for in a fast food sandwich place, and the service is friendly enough — I say enough because there is nothing particularly special, it’s just fast food style service, usually with a smile. I’ve been here about 10 times now and haven’t had an order screwed up — and since its super close to my house and I like their sandwiches, I’ll keep coming back. One note is that I really hate eating inside here — they heavy metal or punk rock or something playing VERY loudly ALLTHETIME. I’m pretty sure they are thinking they are the Hi-Dive or something. Lucky the service is so quick, I’ll just grab my sub and leave thx.

This Jimmy Johns was pretty good. They weren’t busy so we got our food quickly. The guys were nice and they wrapped my sandwich just how I wanted it so I could take it home. There wasn’t a lot of meat on my sandwich like when I go to WhichWich but it’s alright. the MAJOR problem with this place is parking. It’s in a little strip of stores and trying to park for any of them is terrible.
