JoEllen Ufner – Metro Brokers

What an awesome agent… We have bought and sold numerous homes with her through out the past 8 years (prices ranging form $ 200K up to $ 850K). She works hard for us each and every time regardless of the price… she has integrity and communicates with us every step of the way. I would highly recommend JoEllen Ufner to any buyer or seller.
What we like best; 1) her knowledge of the Denver metro area neighborhoods… we would explain what we wanted and she would start recommending neighborhoods based upon our wants and needs. 2) negotiation skills; in a buyers market she negotiated great deals for us in a sellers market she got our offers accepted (when there were 10 – 20 other offers)…she rocks, she knows how to get the house when it is a multiple bids situation.
