Very poor customer service from rude employee. I was contracted to come pick up the pants that were tailored. When I called to ask what time they closed do I could pick then up I was accused I had to be there at least 1 hour before they closed. I was ok with this and came over in plenty of time. The employee was extremely short and unprofessional. He handed me the pants and given my expression, asked if I wanted to try them on. I said yes and he escorted me to a fitting room. I tried the pants on and found the length be to short for my liking. When I told him he immediate told me I was wrong and I got exactly what I asked for. He even took me to a mirror to tell me again that I was wrong. Finally fed up, I told him I was not happy with them and wanted them to be longer. He was very irritated and said to change back and he’d ring me up to charge me again. I explained I wouldn’t pay to have them fine correctly add I already paid for that. He refused and I explained to him that I would take the pants, but wouldn’t bring any more business to this business again. I did write to the corporate offices and never received a response. I assume they must get plenty of business to be unwilling to answer customer complaints or provide a good customer experience.

Don’t go here if you like costumer service. Everyone acts like they are your best friend but they barely do their job. I left my suit there to get tailored for a week. When I picked it up, it hadn’t been touched. No one looked at it and by the time I returned to the store to point this out they said they couldn’t do anything because their tailor was gone. They sent me across town in traffic without explanation for why this happened(or should I say hadn’t happened). All done by the assistant manager nonetheless. Barely a sign of an apology as well!

Don’t bother with this store! Went here on Thursday to get shirts, told the staff I needed them by Saturday. They did not have what I needed in the store so ordered online for me, with expedited shipping(extra $ 30) to get them to me on time. They didn’t show up today so I called to check and 1. the shirts won’t get here until late Monday, when I’ll be on a plane, and 2. they ordered the wrong shirts! Talked to the store manager today who told me he couldn’t do anything because«he wasn’t there» on Thursday. After pressure, he offered a refund on my order if I bring the shirts in when I get them. I told him that was the least he could do. Save yourself the time and trouble and go somewhere else…
