thank goodness for KCA! KCA has been my go-to HVAC company since they installed my new furnace a few years ago. Since then, I have had them install my endless water heater and they come back once a year to do my yearly tune up and check that all is well with both systems. With each project, they take the time to answer all of my tedious and«stupid» questions with patience and respect. In addition, every single employee that I have interacted with at KCA has had a wonderful sense of humor and sense of respect and appreciation for the customer. All of them! They really could not be any friendlier, from the moment you call to the time that the job is finished. What a team that they have there! The employees that come to do the work were courteous, considerate, very careful to clean up afterward, and impeccably timely. Thank you for your years of wonderful service! P. S. it is a great buy to do the yearly tune up — during my check up it was discovered that a computer board wasn’t responding quite perfectly enough, KCA investigated and let me know that it was still under warranty(something I definitely did not know) and they replaced it for me(including labor) for no charge whatsoever. The point is that they could have told me it was going to cost money, and I would have believed them, but they were above board the whole way. You don’t see that type of integrity very much these days. Thank you so much!

I can’t even express how grateful I am to have found KCA Companies. Who would think that I’d ever write a review for an HVAC company? They are Simply the BEST! When my HVAC system was on it’s last legs, I met with several companies. Ron with KCA was knowledgable, respectful, kind, considerate, and honest. I live in a 4 story condo building and we all went up on the roof together and came to the conclusion that the old system needed to be replaced(it was time). KCA was able to hoist the new machine through the access of the building and did not need to rent a crane, which saved me money. The team that replaced the equipment was professional, efficient, considerate, polite… they took the time to educate me on how the system works without making me feel dumb. They leave no stone unturned, wrap all cables to protect them from the elements(other units on the building do not have the same protection), and the follow up is amazing. After almost a year of struggling with the filter access I called and spoke to Vicky. She sent Carlos out to see my issues and he too struggled with being able to change the filter. They installed a new access point for me, which updated the old intake vent, at no service charge. All in all, this was the best experience I’ve ever had with a service provider, and I can’t recommend them enough. Ron also believes in his staff and supports their continued learning; the staff are treated like family. Great, great, great!!!
