I used Keyboard Carriers this last weekend to remove an old upright in my basement. These guys were 100% awesome and got it out… And it wasn’t easy. The guys were very professional and the cost was very affordable. I was very pleased with them. I would recommend them for sure!

Expensive, Unprofessional, Unprepared, Horrible Communication and Rude
They arrived during unscheduled times, attempted delivery again during unscheduled times, both times arriving with no prior phone calls, made excuses that they didn’t have enough men to move the piano and that one of their guys was injured, and later when I called to speak with the uninformed owner (Jack) he proceeds to scream and curse at me over the phone. Told me «you wanna come at me bro?» Piano was delivered 4 days later. Absolutely horrible.

Keyboard Carriers did an excellent job moving my baby grand piano up two flights of stairs! Keyboard Carriers came to my home beforehand and measured the piano, the stairs, and the landing. They were very thorough! Keyboard Carriers was reliable, on time (they were actually early!), and very professional. Very kind, professional, and respectful organization. I highly recommend their services!
