Sadly, this is NOT a company I would recommend. Your mileage may vary, but ours was a horrible experience. Not so much the customer service or communication piece — Amy was friendly and timely — but the actual cleaning service itself was horrible. We needed a move out cleaning from our not-so-big two bedroom, one bath apartment. Being a final move-out clean, I fully expected a thorough top to bottom type of cleaning so we wouldn’t be charged anything from the apartment complex. After paying Amy and reinspecting the apartment ourselves, we are worried we may now have to pay the apartment complex more money for more cleaning! Our refrigerator wasn’t clean, or it was cleaned very minimally. The microwave was not cleaned. The oven was not cleaned. A lot of things just looked like they were wiped down with some water and a rag or paper towel. The floor was not mopped or anything, just ran over with some type of Swiffer floor thing. All the scratches from moving were still there. She didn’t use anything special it seemed like for the wood flooring. They weren’t shiney or clean looking at all. There were spots on the floor that she didn’t bother cleaning or trying to clean. We had to go back through the entire apartment with our own cleaning supplies and clean the countertops because they were still dirty. We had to wipe down small stains and spots on the walls in the kitchen and door. We had to sweep again because there was still some hair from our dogs on the floor. Even the vacuum cleaning on the carpet in the two rooms looked substandard. I could go on and on, but I’ll just leave it right there. And I even tipped over her $ 175 fee, especially since her daughter was helping her. When I asked her if she wanted cash or a card, she preferred cash. Now I have NO recourse to even ask for some of that $ back. It was a waste of money, and we could have done the same amount or work or better ourselves for free. Next time, I’m going to use the company who cleaned our place one time for $ 120 and it looked spotless. — As a reference to how bad this cleaning was, we thought back to a cleaning service we signed up for when we first moved into our apartment a year ago. I won’t mention the name of the company, but to start their cleaning service, they need to first do an initial«deep clean», and then schedule reoccurring cleanings weekly/monthly/etc. That initial clean, which cost us only $ 120, was AMAZING. The lady made our bathtub/shower look brand new! We had hardwood floors mostly everywhere, and she made them look shiny and very clean. Any small scratches we had from furniture moving or anything weren’t there anymore. Unfortunately, I paid cash, and even tipped Amy. I have no recourse to get any of my money back for a crappy job. I wish I had paid by credit card, that way I might be able to dispute the charge and have some kind of money refunded back to me. I was urged to tip, without seeing the finished product. I severely regret my waste of nearly $ 200 for this service. Please look elsewhere.
