Laurie Erb & the Erb Team, RE/MAX of Cherry Creek

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience working with Laurie and her team. As a first time home owner I had worked with one previous realtor trying to sell my house with no luck and a fairly disappointing experience. That being said, I was a bit apprehensive starting the process all over again.
HOLY MOLEY was it a different experience! Laurie and her team were out at the house the day after our initial contact and together we drafted a list of the improvements that were worth investing in. Laurie was open minded but confident in her suggestions, which was very much appreciated. We had no less than 10 offers on the house within the first 72 hours and even when some hurdles came up, I was able to close on the house in less than a month. While it was obviously wonderful to sell my house in such a short amount of time, it was also nice to share in the excitement with the team as we moved forward. Laurie did a phenomenal job marketing the house before it even went on the market and we had tons of showings lined up the moment it was ready! The whole team was incredibly responsive and supportive — I will continue to work with the Erb team for any future real estate transactions and would not hesitate recommending them to anyone!
