Leatherman Restorations

After extensive research, I concluded the best company to restore the leather of my once beautiful, but now badly faded sofa was Leatherman Restorations. Mike visited my home in Denver to evaluate the problem leather sofa. After detailed consultation of my goals, he presented a reasonable price, showed me an impressive portfolio of prior work and gave me references. He was cortious, polite and professional. But the real test was the results. Let’s just say magical. He transformed the leather to near new condition. I had no idea this was even possible. Mike saved me thousands of dollars as replacement cost to buy a new leather sofa of the same quality is through the roof. Thank you Mike for a job well done.

Very bad attitude. Hung up on me twice instead of communicating as in best business practices. Said abruptly, «If the job isn’t at least $ 2,000 I wont take it!!».and slammed the phone down on me for no reason.
Very toxic personality. Cant see how he can ever have a successful future in business.

I would not recommend this service. An elderly man and his son or grandson came to do the job. The elderly man mostly supervised. Although they were friendly and arrived on time that’s about the end of the good. First off they didn’t even clean the chairs before they started applying their stain and the dirty spots showed through. They promised it would look good as new, I would have been happy with slightly under new but the finished result the first time was worse than when they started. I complained and they returned but they just kept layering coat on top of wet coat and still it looked very bad. It looked globbed on and many spots weren’t covered. I complained again and the elderly man came by himself but ended up leaving without doing anything saying the other guy was out of town and he couldn’t do it without him. I negotiated the cost of the service with him to cover his time and expenses and then I had to call another service out to repair the mess and they were appalled by the workmanship.
