Got a call that my order arrived yesterday. Went to the mall to pick it up and they were closed at 11:15 although their hours state they open at 10:00. At 1:45pm there is still no one answering the phone and the number that was previously identified on my phone as Lids when they called is now not recognized. Is this some fly by night establishment? Not to mention the order I placed was completely screwed up and the promised discount was not applied and free shipping disappears if you pay with PayPal. What a joke! Will I ever get the item I ordered???

Our recent visit was on Friday June 21st 2013. Man, this place is jam-​packed with other patrons. We came here coz Hubs wanted to have customized embroidery to the personal caps/​hats for him and his friends.
For the multiple trips while we were there, Christopher, Roberto and Rigoberto were the ones who handled the transaction and assist Hubs.
May return when needed.
