Was talking with a representative and was finishing my sentence and was rudely hung up on. Guess I will just take my business elsewhere since what I have to say doesn’t matter.

Just wanted to add that their«reorder» option forces the customer to do a complete re-upload of images, saving no time at all. All the information they retain is the size and material, not anything specific to the order you’re trying to re-create. Second chance blown. Wizard Labels is a fantastic, faster alternative that I have discovered since my first review of Lightning labels. Only tried Lightning labels again because of a deadline. Big mistake. Lesson learned, again.

As far as the customer service goes… the person that answers the phone. yes I agree she could use a personality makeover. BIGTIME. that really shouldn’t be the face of your company. She is quite rude. However. after her… I dealt with Bianca in sales. BEST customer service I have ever had and it made up for the rude woman on the phone. My labels had a mistake in the finish and they fixed them immediately and sent new ones. So why a 5 star? I’ll tell you why. Because overall they are a 5 star company in my opinion and I am not a jerk. It is not worth ruining a company’s reputation because they made a mistake. they point is… they fixed it. Thank you for being the best around and the best for my business.

Customer service was awful. Was set to order my labels with them, got redirected three times and the lady I ended up speaking with was very rude. I misunderstood what she was saying and she got snappy with me. Will be taking the extra time to look elsewhere for my labels, since my business did not seem to matter to them.
