I put $ 30 of gas in on my debit card. I checked my balance the next day and I seen that loaf n jug charged my card an additional $ 35. I called to get it resolved and they said they were holding on to my $ 35 for a preauthorization for 5 days. Why would they need to do this? They already got my $ 30 and you can’t charge more than your balance on a debit card.

Loaf N Jugs are great, as previous reviews have stated, you get gas discounts with your King Sooper card. This one also usually has the same specials on bottled sodas and energy drinks that King Soopers has.
The only drawback, all of them are usually busy because of the deal.

How can you go wrong here? Scan in your King Showers card at the pump after. buying $ 100 in groceries and get 10c a gallon off? Epic win. Even if you haven’t scored $ 100 in purchases, you can still scan and get 3c a gallon off. Very cool.
