This business was professional from beginning to end. They answered our initial questions, came out when scheduled, did the job fast and with great expertise. She also answered additional questions and gave some advice on our garage door. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect. From the time I called to the time I was let in my apartment, and had a new door handle/​lock put on was one hour. Superior service and quality. My door had busted, even though I had the keys, and it was a major pain to get in, but the service was absolutely flawless. Thank you Christine!

Wasted my time. Was locked out of the house. Got their pretty unhelpful operator: ME: «Can you let me know how much this will cost and how it’s going to happen?» (the latter part meaning if I need to wait in a particular place, can they do it without breaking the current lock, how long it will take, etc.) HER: (Long pause) «…how it’s going to happen?» Okay, so I ask the long version of the question, get answers and hear that she’ll be calling me back. She calls back to tell me that I should be hearing from the guy in the field right away, and that he would surely be able to come immediately. A) Why not just have him call me? B) It was not right away. When I called back half an hour later to let her know I had not been contacted by the guy in the field, there was no recognition that half an hour had passed, and I was told to call him. Okay. When I did, he suggested that he would come in an hour and a half. Called another agency.

Found Christine on Unilocal when we locked the keys to our rental car inside. Our last day of vacation could have been ruined but thankfully, we had Lock Pixies out within 30 minutes (exactly as promised) and despite our car door being super tight, Christine was able to help us out using a little extra muscle! Thank you for coming so quickly!

After getting locked out of my house in my bunny slippers when taking out the recycling, I tried about 20 places from my poor neighbors phone before I actually connected with someone who knew what the heck was going on. I am quite certain I was, in part, reaching call centers in locations for which I’d need a Lonely Planet to visit, and no one knew when a locksmith could come, how much it would cost, or even how far the locksmith was from my residence. No one seemed to know anything, really, until I reached Christine.
She was the first person who picked up the phone who was an actual locksmith. She came over within 15 minutes and solved my problem. Plus, she’s damn cool. I’m telling you, there’s definitely material for a cable television series here. Cute, fun girl with a locksmith belt and an Astro van, totally capable of getting dolts like me back into their houses so they can finish their morning coffee and get back to work.
The whole transaction went smoothly, and I was quite happy with the experience. As happy as you can be when your bunny slippers get soaked anyway.

After locking myself out of my house on a Saturday afternoon, I looked up locksmiths on my phone, and chose Lock Pixies at random. So glad I did. Christine (the owner) picked up after the first ring, and I explained my situation. She happened to be in the neighborhood, and on her way to a personal appointment, but said she’d swing by, no problem. I asked about pricing, and let her know I’d seen a discount on Unilocal.She honored the deal, again, no problem (yay for scoring half price on an unplanned expense!). Christine showed up before we even hung up the phone. She was really nice and chill, and had my door unlocked in seconds.
I hope I don’t find myself locked out anytime soon, but if I do, I at least have a go-​to now! I’d highly recommend Lock Pixies. They’re super easy to work with, affordable, and get the job done quickly (I’d say the whole experience took less than 10 minutes).

So my girlfriend and I were painting her newly purchased home on Lincoln and Elsworth when we stepped outside for a smoke…, «ACK» she screamed, as she closed the door and locked us out in the 11 degree night… !
So we walked over to the Walnut Room to grab a bit and try and figure something out… I luckily had my phone with me… so I immediately jumped on google to find a local locksmith. I saw Lock Pixies among the many others and thought that the name alone said a lot and I wasn’t wrong. Christine showed up within 15minutes… we didn’t even have time for our pizza to finish cooking… I had to run back and let her get to work on the lockout situation. She was SUPER nice, friendly and quick.
I’ve actually since had her come back to my girl’s place and Re-​Key all of the 5 different locks so she only has one key. WHAT A SERVICE! I didn’t even know it was possible…

Decided to google a lock Smith and Yes! finally after 2hrs. of me trying to pick the lock on my rental car, a Lock Godess came to my rescue. In less 5 min. I was back in the car warmly on my way the hotel.
