Love Them Lashes

I have been coming to Shannon for years after I came back to CO. She’s extremely friendly and very easy schedule appointments with. I like the product she uses and it’s long lasting for me. I would certainly recommend to my girlfriends! :)

I see Shannon commented on my review. To clarify, on behalf of new clientele, I did call. I was new to the area & my gps kept telling me I was at the location. I called because there was no sign on the building or window of her place of business «Love them Lashes». When i walked in 15 min late Shannon was on the phone, after a couple of minutes of what was an obvious personal call she looked at me & asked if I needed anything. I told her who I was & she very rudely went off about how I was late… I apologized for running late & told her I was the person who called because I wasn’t able to find her location. Mind it, this entire time she was still on the phone. Anyway, I remember this event very clearly!!! And a side note, I have NEVER written a bad review on anyone except her. I still go to Wink for my lashes up to this day, I guess in the end her rude service helped me find a better place.

Sooo unimpressed on multiple levels. I got a Groupon for a full set of lashes and scheduled my appointment online, only to get there and find out it never went through and she was unable to get me in on that day. Gotta love driving over an hour for nothing. After rescheduling I arrive on time for my new appointment. The two women didn’t even bother to introduce themselves (thus I can’t call them by name) and rushed into the process without explaining anything, even though I told them it was my first time. Halfway through my first eye the power in the whole building went out (yes, I know it is not their fault) BUT instead of stopping the 1 hour timer and waiting for the power to come back on my time kept ticking! I ended up with one really full looking eye and one eye with a half set. It looked ridiculous. To top off the disappointment after less than a week using no mascara, no oil cleansers, etc almost all of my eye lashes have fallen out. I 100% recommend seeking this expensive treatment else where.
Side note: Went onto the Love Them Lashes Facebook page and found 5 picture of me that I was unaware were even taken! I understand if you want to show off your work but it is extremely poor business etiquette to take pictures of your clients without their permission and post them.

I would give 0 if possible — 0 stars definitely earned. Shannon wouldn’t know professionalism if it hit her in the head. I bought a Groupon for lashes; Groupon advertises her as being located at 300 Josephine St (Oxygen Spa) in Cherry Creek. Shannon’s website
says she is at Sola Salon on Detroit St. in Cherry Creek. Well, she isn’t at either of them. In fact, not even near Cherry Creek. I arrive early for my appointment and then waste 20 min walking around Cherry Creek, then call Shannon who says «I moved, my new location is 1221 S Clarkson, that address was in the email confirmation I sent to you.» Really, like I’m supposed to guess which address is correct? The email confirmation did not indicate «I have moved» or «please note new address». IN any event I booked on the basis that this was in Cherry Creek and that was a misrepresentation. So I tell her I’m on my way but obviously will be late, drive through heavy traffic to her NEW location miles away, and arriving there 25 minutes later, find Shannon has LEFT, even though I told her I was on my way. She doesn’t answer my calls, and then sends me a text to say she’s sorry but figured I wasn’t coming. Really? Because I said I was on my way? I immediately called Groupon to tell them what happened and had them refund my account, and I note now (4 hours later) her Groupon is no longer available. Good. It is perfectly clear to me why she moves frequently and is no longer in a salon. I wouldn’t have someone as unprofessional as this around my business either. Honestly, I wasted 1.5 hours of my time and she can’t wait a few minutes after misleading me as to where she is LOCATED? Appalling. Steer well clear; this is not someone who understands either how to run a business or how to act like a grown up.

There are pros and cons to lashes here. Pros: she very friendly, has a easy booking schedule, very understanding, great communication, her lashes are comfortable, and she’s awesome
Cons: only thing I don’t like is the glue she uses. They don’t last as long as some other glue. I’ve had them done by someone else and after 5 weeks still had 50% of my lashes but hers will lose 50% in about 2 – 2.5 weeks.
However! — her prices still remain competitive. The other place charged 65 $ for 2 week refills, 90 $ for 3 wk refills and so on (regardless how many has fallen out)
I would definitely recommend Shannon her her awesomeness! They look amazing and we should all try it. I will keep going to her as long as my budget allows.
I usually request my lashes not be too long bc I am a high school teacher, so they look «more natural» and full. But she can do whatever you want! Love her!

I ADORE my lashes! People are constantly complimenting me on them and asking where I get them done. Even people who get extensions already are envious of mine! They look so natural but so amazing! Shannon is very accommodating, patient and does a great job. Highly recommended!

I don’t use mascara, curl my eyelashes, use eye creams, swim, etc., and about 50 – 75 percent of my lashes had fallen out within a week. They looked beautiful at first but look shoddy now. Disappointed.

After moving here I was desperate to find someone knowledgeable in eyelash extensions as they have been a part of my beauty routine for the past few years. I tried several competitors and had no luck with quality of work and of the eyelashes themselves. I am SO happy to have found Shannon, this review is long overdue as I have been seeing her happily for months now. The Xtreme brand lashes are the best I have tried, the last place used the cluster lashes, like the ones you can buy at the drug store and glue on yourself, they completely wrecked my frail little lashes, these are light and wonderful and I haven’t noticed ANY damage at all, if anything they are looking a little thicker! Yay! I am confused by the negative reviews left here, I have NEVER had a problem reaching Shannon because if she doesn’t answer she has a secretary.
