Good Garden Center =
One of the three Lowe’s I shop at, all about the same distance from my home.
I was trying to get the last of the plants for my vegetable garden and while a bit more expensive than some other garden shops, they do sell plants in single units. I needed to replace one out of six eggplants the deer had trampled in my garden. When I lived in Pennsylvania, we referred to them as rodents with antlers.
In anycase, they still had some left and they were in good shape and had been cared for properly with ample watering and stock rotation.
Picked up one and the staff took care of my order in record time so I was in and out in 5 minutes and the eggplant was in the ground within the hour.

Great store, everything is organized and easy to find and if you can’t the staff is willing to help.

Let me say up front that I prefer Home Depot to Lowes any day, but since this store is near my house I will use them in a pinch.
Case in point– I go to this Lowes today to replace a busted pipe under my sink. As I am looking at the choices of pipes to make sure I get the right one, a store employee walks right past me like he didn’t see me and makes no offer to help me at all.
I also browse the dishwashers while am there as we will need to replace ours in the near future, again no help offered at all.
I take my piece of pipe to the self check out. The woman just stands there at the self check out station, no greeting, no nothing, and as I leave the store, I walk right past her and she does not say a word to me.
Needless to say, I will not be buying our dishwasher here or any other major purchases and will use this store for small emergency purchases only, like that piece of pipe.

Just purchased a $ 800 Troy-​Built generator. Got home and extend-​a-​panel missing from box. Back to Lowe’s next day and was told we needed to deal directly with Troy-​Built. We’ve spent probably close to $ 50,000 over last few years at this store and they treated us like crap. Grrrrrr…
