Magic Pan Crepe Stand

Very impressed with this crêpe stand! The staff are friendly and the food is fantastic. Combined with the local seating area, I was impressed. And huge portions. Worth your money!

Surprised this place was as good as it was. Need a larger selection of savory crepes and a crêpe suzette to be 5-​star. But the sweet crepes were very tasty and quite a treat for airport food.

no better way to wait out a 5.5 hour flight delay, have a crêpe.
Cinnamon crêpe was the shiz, way grub. So good, got one going east, got another coming west.

Always make my way over here for a crêpe every time I fly through Denver. Quick and tasty.

I got the ham and cheese crêpe. I asked them not to add the cheddar cheese sauce to the top because I was getting a crêpe, not nachos. The crêpe wasn’t cooked enough – normally crêpes salés (non-​dessert crêpes) should be crispy. The ham and Swiss cheese was zapped in a microwave before being plopped in the crêpe.
It was fairly disappointing, especially for the price ($ 6.99 plus tax)

Magic Pan is over in the new Southwest C terminal section at DIA. It is really good food. It’s pricey but yummy.
Service does not come with a smile and they charge inconsistently for add ons.
I like that there is plenty of seating and it is a different kind of food then you can usually get at the airport. They have savory and sweet crepes.

It looks yummy, it smells good and tastes ok, but they seriously undercooked the food. And there is a serious hygiene problem! Denver airport, why are you moving the Mc Donald crew to other places? They already did a bad job there and they are doing it again here: Serving undercooked food, still have some flies around the food or on it, prepare the food way in advance and let it sit for the next customer who will want to take it. The magic pan is the good plan to have heavy food seating on your stomach or to get sick!

Apparently they are still struggling. I arrived just after 6AM, Overheard the boss/​chef (who is he?) telling the serving gals that they were out of one of the three non-​sweet fillings (I think it was the «Santa Fe». I then ask for the «Denver» w/​o cheese. they go digging, and after 30 – 45 seconds come back and tell me they are out of it as well.
OK, how about the «Ham, Eggs and Cheese» without the cheese? (I’m lactose intolerant) Uhh no, the stuff is pre-​mixed, and they can not remove the cheese. Finally I asked for the Chocolate and banana. I pay, and then stand and wait. maybe three — four minutes later, they tell me that they do not have any chocolate.
Luckily they had some Nutella.
It looks beautiful, though not hand-​eatable, but I take it «to go» (how can it be anything else, they have no seating) I’m idiot, I should have grabbed utensils, but instead walk 2 – 3 minutes to my gate. After scooping this assembly up in my hands, I realize I will not be able to eat it with my hands. Hmm, I always think of crepes as food you eat with your hands, otherwise it would just have toppings instead of fillings. My bad. Grab the bag, and laptop and now mashed up crêpe, and head back to Magic Pan to get tools.
BTW, this restaurant exemplifies why I hate franchise-​style airport food. The gals behind the counter were trying to do their best, but clearly they have zero control over anything (including the ingredients.) I suspect that English is not their native language (nothing wrong with that), but I also suspect that they are poorly paid, because the business model for these sorts of shops seems to be to hire interchangeable bodies for as little as possible, give them no control, and after you have infantilized them this way, blame them when customers go away annoyed like me.
Offering freebie strawberries does not fix this problem.
Telling me that you are happy to make what I want (such an offer was made to me by the manager before I ordered) does not mean that your business is actually organized and staffed to do so.
When I hear the manager twice come in and discuss what is missing so they do not take orders they can not fill, instead of actually telling them to conduct a census of ingredients, or telling them actually what is not available, it just annoys me.

It’s a refreshing change to see something like this at an airport; bagel sandwich shops get old fast. It’s a very unique concept — fast food crepes — and I think very well executed. I got the Sante Fe breakfast crêpe, which was very tasty, but not too heavy… the perfect 1-​hour-​layover breakfast!

Worst service I’ve ever seen in my life. I know they only just opened, but they were entirely unprepared. I ordered a Denver crêpe and after 10 minutes received this broccoli and chicken thing (as opposed to eggs, onions, ham, peppers etc) it took 4 employees from both the crêpe stand and the Chinese bar next to them to understand the English I was speaking asking for a manager since clearly no one understood the simple ingredients which were posted on the menu. After about 10 more minutes the manager was available and tried to explain it to them, only to find out they had not prepped any of the ingredients for what I ordered at 8AM. I did finally get what I ordered after 40 minutes of this and it was a mediocre crêpe. Cheddar cheese sauce is horrible fake and the eggs were sub par but everything else was decent.
Maybe give them a shot in another month

It’s been a long time since I’ve had some dessert crepes. I was ecstatic to find oit that there was something other than ice cream and cookies that would now be offered to the people going through DIA.
I ordered the traditional strawberry and requested for the addition of bananas in my crêpe ($ 8). The service was fast and friendly. I had ordered take-​out and received an open paper plate. Luckily, it tasted very good, so the strawberry syrup did not have time to soak through the plate. However, for those travelling through, please make sure to grab extra napkins, may be messy while eating. I can’t wait to try more of the other non-​dessert crepes, cheers! everything was very clean and new, the staff is very knowledgeable. Check it out!
