I didn’t have this company out because they were booked and I needed same day service. I would have had them out just because of Loretta and her help. I called several companies that couldn’t give my any help or ideas what might be wrong… she did. What a great customer service person, she’s knowledgeable and she’s a real asset to your company. I called at 8am this morning with two frozen pipes and in need of immediate help. Loretta, on the phone, was extremely understanding and had someone come 15 MINUTES LATER to help us out. Although I was not home, my boyfriend was there with the person who was sent. He started the thaw machine and quickly found out that we had new pvc piping that didn’t really allow the thawing machine to work with this type of plumbing. He gave us tips on how to deal with the cold weather, told us to calm down and wait for them to thaw and left NO CHARGE. This was unexpected and very courteous. Although my plumbing issues were not solved, to no one’s fault but bad weather, I’ll definitely be calling these guys to fix my bad-​weather piping issue long-​term when the weather gives us an opportunity to do so.
