The worst mcd ever really bad customer service and also gave me the wrong drinks. I order two large Dr Pepper and Coke instead they gave me 2 middem size cokes

35 min wait for 12 people ahead of us. By far the worst mcd’s I’ve ever had. Cheeseburgers were stale and barely warm. Fries were of similar quality. Only thing redeemable was the dr pepper. Poor management oversight. Would give zero but it’s not an option.

Ordered a big breakfast meal with a large coffee. What I got is not on the menu. Eggs and two biscuits, grape jelly, a fork and a knife. Oh yeah and my coffee. It was too. much of a Hassel to walk all the way back and then stand in line agian.

Crispy chicken sandwiches both tasted like cold cardboard, like they’d been sitting around for a few hours. Watery soda was definitely sitting around for longer than the ten minutes we waited in line to order (a row of filled cups were sitting, waiting to be sold). At least the fries were warm. Soggy, but warm. Would take the food back but the crowd of people waiting and the one harried woman behind the counter just out me off ever being there again.

It is 10 minutes after the restaurant is suppose to open but one employee is changing the trash and two are watching. A female employee with corn rolls just got mad at a customer for asking when they are opening. Oh yeah I better not forget the old lady on the back digging in her ear and cooking eggs

Maybe not the best late night snack around.
I had a late connecting flight at the airport and with most of the restaurants being closed I decided to get a quarter pounder with cheese meal.
French fries were ok. As for the bun, I could have easily thrown it across the room shattering a window and breaching airport security.
I guess they make all the sandwiches in the morning.

I needed a quick breakfast in between flights. I grabbed a sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin on my way to catch a flight on Concourse A.
The employees working here were not very focused or organized. However, once I got my breakfast sandwich, it was fresh, hot, and tasty! I wolfed it down and was on my way!

I ordered the chicken nugget meal asking for sweet and sour sauce. The lady taking my order told me that they were out of sweet and sour and instead had blah blah blah.
Okay, well after that I changed my mind and wanted something else. When I told her what I wanted she gave me a strange look and said «What?» After a few more words were exchanged I began to realize…
SHE DIDNT UNDERSTAND ENOUGH ENGLISH FOR WHAT I WAS SAYING!

Someone had to come over and do it for her. It was so embarrassing for… I’m not sure who. But I could not believe they would hire someone who’s English level is not up to ordering standards.
Not only is that a huge issue but the way they bag the meal is so inefficient that the area becomes a huge mosh pit with people waiting for food/​taking orders.
bad bad bad.

If you’re looking for some easy, they do a good job. For some odd reason they don’t have breakfast burritos on the menu.
