This is the worst McDonald’s ever. I’ve been doing the survey too. Never a call back. I don’t care about the BOGO just want to be heard. These employees and managers especially in the morning need customer service skills bad. Rude as hell and never get the order right. Check your bag. I only use this location because it’s on my way in to work.

Terrible. Completely incompetent employees. Barely understand English. Hardly even speak to customers, just stare blankly. Had to write down my order: a #6 with no lettuce. That’s a tough one

This is possibly the worst McDonalds in the Denver area. I fail to understand when they have a screen for order accuracy why they still manage to get it wrong and miss items altogether.

convenient location but the employees are horrendous. the only time ive been spoken to was over the intercom. ive been through a few times since i work right down the street and have been just this side of getting my cash and food thrown at me. so incredibly rude. save your money!

Just got back from this McDonald’s, thank God I always check my food. Found a pubic hair on my hotcakes and styrofoam from my coffee cup floating in my coffee. Never again, ended throwing the whole thing in the trash.

This Mc Donalds sucks. And thats putting it mildly because i dont want to be banned off Unilocal.Very Rude Employees who are horrible at doing there job. They screw up your order even if its something as simple as NO EFFING PICKLES on a Double Cheeseburger. The lack of focus shows they really dont care about their job. And instead of asking May I help you? They just stare at you until you approach them. Avoid this one please.

It is MCD’s but we all know we have those cravings that only MCD’s can satisfy. They always serve hot food and never seem to have delays.
If you have a craving, and you know you do, stop by and satisfy the urge.
