I’d give less than a star! The rudest people ever, dnt have apple pies, no lids for cups, cold fries and dnt knw that mc Donalds can make a caramel mocha iced coffee. eye brows scary and rude attitudes! !! Never again!!!

Worst experience ever to be honest. We are visitors staying at the Mariott Tech Center and decided to go since it is closer. The lady in the drive through kept getting our order wrong. After repeating it constantly. She ended up giving us the wrong size drink saying it was our fault when it clearly said the desired size. She told us to park just for a drink and buffalo sauce. Which i think is pretty dumb. She slmaed the window on us. Overall if you dont like your job just quit, simple as that.

I ordered 2 happy meals, asked them to sub out the meat patty for cheese. But instead they charge me for a cheeseburger. I tell them other MCD has no problem doing this, but the guy clearly doesn’t know how to do this, so he calls the manager. The mgr says this is not allowed because the system doesn’t have a substitute button. Lol! All she had to do was put it as a hamburger and have the kitchen ask her. Anyways, since they clearly cannot comprehend or know how to sub, i paid for cheeseburgers.
I also specifically asked for two different toys, of course they were the same. And I asked for a few sweet n sour sauces and the lady handing me my food RUDELY says they cannot give me more than one because its for nuggets not burgers. Wow. Just wow…
With this, their meals costs more than other McDonalds! Incompetent, Rude workers, higher price, I don’t don’t think I’ll be back!

100% unacceptable. Waiting 30 minutes for food. Would give 0 stars but Unilocal won’t allow it.

I know this seems silly to give a McDonalds 4 stars, because, well, it’s Mcdonalds… but this is likely the best McDonalds I have ever been too. If I am craving Mickey Ds (which I do from time to time) I will go out of my way to go to this location due to the great tasting food and great service. Love this place!

It’s not often that I get my meal literally within a minute from ordering. This place was fast — granted it was early in the morning, but still — it reinforces the term fast food. They also have free wifi here which was much faster than the internet service down the block at the hotel.

It’s a McDonalds, so it is what it is. I go here when i don’t have time for breakfast.
There are 2 lanes for drive thru, and the inside staff is FAST!
I get my hashbrown and yogurt parfait and off i go in under 5 min! And that includes walking in!

It’s McDonald’s; what else can you expect?
