Need to make people aware of this… I’m standing in McDonalds on colfax dealing with one of the most incompetent managers. Her name is Alma. We did not get what we ordered in the drive thru. I drove back and she called had the audacity to call me a liar and told me I needed to produce the bag of food with the missing item. Well I didn’t bring the bag of food back to the store because my kids were devouring at home and I just wanted my the missing quarter pounder. The girl who gave us the food thru the drive thru then confirmed she had missed putting the burger in the bag and«Alma» still didn’t trust that I had come back to the store because I really was trying to «heist» a 4 dollar cheeseburger from McDonald’s…hell the gas money and time to go back was worth more then the burger. Nine out of the ten times you go to this McDonald’s your order is WRONG… always check your order before leaving. And forbid if they forget something be prepared to be called a liar and produce a bag with the missing item to «Alma». Crazy crazy bad customer service The amount of money we have spent there over the years and this is what you get??? Crazy.

The slowest«fast food». Always are short staffed. «I’m sorry for the wait» is the standard greeting.

I simply cannot believe that this location stays in business. The staff is untrained and act like they have no idea where they are. EVERY order I have received has been incorrect, for YEARS! No management at all. Steer clear of this one

Nostalgic here too but the good old days of quality at Mc’ds is gone. They are into speed only, as in how fast can they push that junk food out the window. This Mc’ds has the double order lane in the drive thru. Its hell at busy times when you have to cut in front of someone and they get offended but its not my fault. then every single time they give me the wrong bag of food. I had to drive back and at the counter they still got it wrong. I didnt get mad cause the kids pushing the buttons don’t have a clue what’s going on when its that busy. The manager could care less. She was right there after I ran back in with the wrong bag. I was looked at as more of a nuisance than a customer. Then the burgers are jammed into the bags and flattened, or you might get a cold burger cause its been on the rack too long. I only go to Mc’ds when i’m absolutely starving and there is no time to go anywhere else. There are only two nice employees there, a couple of spanish girls who always smile so it makes waiting for the right bag more enjoyable.

Every once in a while, I get a little nostalgic. As a kid, my one-horse town only had one fast-food restaurant — McDonalds. I grew up craving the beef flavor injected goodness of Chicken McNuggets. Nevermind the fact that their name suggests that they could be Irish Chicken turds. As time progressed, I moved away, went to college, and learned the liberal-academic rhetoric about fast-food. Regardless, I have never stopped eating at Micky Dees on occasion. In this time, I’ve learned that 1) Chicken McNuggets are the bomb; 2) most items on this menu will kill me; and 3) the sausage egg mcmuffin will give gas so bad that even my dogs won’t tolerate. The thing that makes McDonalds so crappy is their demoralized personnel. On one occasion, my wife ordered an iced coffee. The associate didn’t have enough coffee left to fill the cup, so she instead filled the majority of the 16 ounce cup with cream. For those of you wondering, it tasted nasty.
