My favorite flavor here is the creamy and marshmallowy Space Junkie. It is a purple ice cream that has chocolate and berry as well as pieces of marshmallow fluff. This ice cream spot if a sister store to Little Man’s(my favorite Denver ice cream). They offer the classic flavors like salted Oreo(too salty for my taste). They stock around 16 flavors @ any given time. Other flavors they had when I came included banana pudding(yum) and cookie dough. The line here can get long. They sell Hammond’s candy as well as gourmet chocolates as well. They sell boozy shakes for $ 9 but I have yet to try that. I usually get a child’s size ice cream here because their single scoop is actually larger than the average ice cream shop’s. Flavors they’ve had include: Vanilla Bean Chocolate 16th St. Chocolate Baileys Chocolate Crème Fraiche Banana Chip Banana Pudding Butter Pecan Butterfinger Fudge Butterscotch Bhakti Chai– so Colorado! Cinnabun Strawberry Balsamic Coconut Almond Fudge Coffee Cupcake Cookie Dough Cheesecake Brownie Dulce de Leche Fluffernutter-tastes just like it sounds! French Toast Chocolate Peanut Butter Honey Almond Key Lime Pie Milk Stout Chip Mexican Chocolate Mint Chocolate Chip Mocha Chip Oatmeal Cookie Orange Creamsicle Peach Cobbler Raspberry Love Rocky Road German Chocolate Cake Salted Caramel PB Cup Salted Maple Pecan Salted Oreo S’mores Snickers Space Junkie-personal favorite Strawberry Toffee Coffee Twix Vegan Chocolate Whopper Malt

Skip the hour lines at Little Man and head to Union Station. I got a scoop of Little Man French Toast ice cream = same price, same taste and absolutely no line!

The food is great. Service — not so much. They opened 12 minutes late today without an apology. The young gal didn’t seem bothered that multiple customers were waiting.

Hidden gem in Union Station. Took me a minute to find it. It’s little tucked away. There was a line when I got there which is a good sign. As I looked the case over I immediately saw the oatmeal cookie ice cream! I love oatmeal cookies and this ice team was absolutely delicious!

It is a must for me to find an ice cream shop when I travel and today I found this one. I went for Chocolate Bailey’s but was not on today’s me he so I got banana pudding. It was good and had a nice smooth creamy taste my only complaint is that it didn’t have enough cookies for me. The staff was friendly and the serving size was a nice big size. I got the child’s scoop and was expecting it to be the normal small amount I get at other shops but it was actually the size of a regular scoop from other shops so I can only imagine how big their regular scoop is. I will find out tomorrow if they have the Chocolate Bailey’s.

We stayed at the Crawford and used the free scoop of ice cream coupons. Two of my three kids reported that it was the best ice cream they have ever had, and they have *not* been ice cream deprived

That salted oreo flavor. oh my, oh my. That was the first time I’ve had salted oreo ice cream and it was absolutely incredible. The ice cream here is so soft and creamy. This place really executes well. The only thing holding me back from five stars is the price. Around $ 4 for a single scoop. Yikes! Despite price, I’m still willing to pay just because it is such a good product.

Came here while we were waiting for our flight out so we were just hanging around at union station. Luckily there was no line on a random Monday! So glad they sold the famous little mans ice cream since I didn’t get a chance to go to the actual place during my vacation here. I got the salted Oreo in a kids size scoop for 2.95 which turned out to be just enough for me & the bf(meaning their sizes are pretty large !!). I love Oreo ice cream & the salt was a perfect addition to bring out the flavor. Yum!!! Definitely was worth the money & im glad I stopped by! :)

The ice cream here is great. However, there are two main issues. The first is that milkbox no longer consistently carries the vegan rocky road — this is a travesty and for that reason I have yet to go back. Second, milkbox is incredibly understaffed. There are never enough people working and the wait is generally unnecessarily long.

I might have been drunk, but it didn’t cloud my taste judgement at all. This was the best ice cream I’ve ever had! I had the salted caramel pb cup — and it was to die for, figuratively…

This place always manages to put a smile on my face! 1. The employees go the extra mile to let me know of the egg-free options and have never made me feel like I’m holding the line up or inconveniencing them. 2. They’re open later than Little Man on the weekdays and that’s perfect for me! 3. Big positive is that they have vegan options!

Not sure why the reviews are pretty low on this place. I’m going with five stars. Best kept secret… Little man ice cream and zero line! 1. No line = more samples. 2. You can split one scoop into two flavors, which pretty much ends up being two scoops. 3. Highly recommend half salted Oreo or salted peanut butter with the other half vanilla or chocolate. The plain flavor balances out the rich flavor. 3. They gave us free sprinkles. 4. They typically have two vegan flavors, which my lactose intolerant girlfriend is very happy with. 5. Price to value ratio is on point. Alright I’m gonna go eat my scoop of ice cream now.

A second visit resulted in great service and hot chocolate flavored ice cream, twix bar and chocolate. I have to take a star off of for flavor and icy texture. Cocoa was probably the best. The twix really didn’t come across as a candy infusion and chocolate had ice chunks not a creamy smoothness. Oh well. It’s a shame to waste ice cream let alone chocolate and once cream but I didn’t finish and dropped bowl in trash.

Their ice cream was ok. It’s in a pretty convenient location. I ordered the Salted Oreo which seemed to be a popular flavor here, but I dunno. Salted Oreo is just not as good as standard cookies and cream. Service was slow, and honestly I felt they were slightly more expensive than what I’m used to. But what can you say. it’s right next to the train station. Pretty convenient. I can see how they were going for that retro ice cream shop décor but meeeeeeeeh… works for places like Fosselmanns in LA when you’re a legit 100 year old ice cream shop. mehh… *edit*. wow. this was little man’s ice cream? Well, salted oreo is not a good flavor. avoid it. haha.

I’ve heard of over seasoned food(which is one of my biggest pet peeves), but over salted ice cream is a first. The salted caramel peanut butter cup was just insanely overdone. The saltiness was overwhelming and made eating it such a task. I wish I had chosen the Twix ice cream, but it wasn’t that flavorful. It was mostly chocolate without nearly enough wafer mixed in. If only the ice cream at MIlkbox was as good as their service. They had just ran out of fresh waffle cones so the server made one fresh. As a thank you for our patience, he gave us an extra serving scoop. Too bad it was of the salted caramel PB cup.

I really enjoyed Milkbox ice cream with some pigtrain coffee it’s the perfect marriage! The saltiness of their salted flavors just does something to the coffee that is already so good! I tried the banana pudding and loved it! Not usually a flavor I would go for but they suggested it, I tried it and I had to go for it. Now I ordered a single. I figured 1 scoop right no get this a single is 3 yes 3 scoops and it’s under $ 4.00WHAT!!!(she must have made a mistake) but no it was no mistake that’s their portion and their service is so friendly. They let you sample all the flavors you want and their so nice abouit it. I was there on a short 4 day trip to Denver and came here 3 of the 4 days to get my combo of ice cream and coffee.(affogato)

Don’t get the hype at all. The ice cream quality was poor, and both the salted caramel and salty Oreos were WAYTOOSALTY. The saltiness overpowered the entire ice cream I had to throw out the salted caramel peanut butter cup after a few bites. The mocha fudge was ok. Banana pudding was too sweet. Call me an ice cream snob(no, really) but this did not wow me. I would’ve rather spent the money on getting a pint of Ben and Jerry’s.

I’m no ice cream expert but I was very satisfied with my butterscotch scoop on a sugar cone. My girlfriend got salted Oreo and Cinnabon on their festive green waffle cone! Makes ice cream eating fun. The lady behind the counter was quite helpful offering as many samples we needed to make the right decision. The environment to eat in is nice, come on a warm day you can sit out by the fountain and just enjoy the nice weather. Union station ha really become a nice spot to relax. Price was reasonable for three total scoops and the festive cone. Total came to 9 dollars and change. You should definitely come check it out and enjoy the atmosphere while eating some ice cream!

Went here after lunch with my boyfriend. Cute place tucked inside Union Station! They serve interesting flavors on rotation such as peach honey sorbet, grapefruit champagne sorbet, cinnabun, and Butterscotch. The ice cream is from Milk Man’s so they have their salted Oreo, Mexican chocolate and other well known flavors of theirs. They have HUGE ice cream sandwiches for $ 5 as well. I got the cinnabun in a huge green waffle cone(b/c of St. Patty’s) and it was delicious. I love cinnamon so this was perfect for me and it also has bits of cookies which was an added bonus!
