This company is outrageous. $ 50 call out fee, which they say they will waive when they do the repairs. What they fail to mention, is that the price they quote you for relatively simple repairs is outrageous and does not even cover parts/accessories needed. Biggest waste of money ever. Somebody should report these people to the Better Business Bureau

I had some work done by this company. The work itself was fine. However, basically the worker/salesman tried to talk me into many things that I didn’t need, and the work that was done turned out to be insanely expensive. I literally felt like I was robbed by a guy in a white, pressed Mr. Sparky shirt.

This company is a complete rip off. The electricians/salesman who came to my house was super pushy and his prices seemed quite high. I had a small job done and paid over a thousand dollars only to find out later from our new electrician they would have charged about $ 250 to do the same work. He also informed me that Mr. Sparky’s electricians are paid on a commission basis and that is why they are so pushy and will rip you off! Buyer beware. Avoid this company at all costs!

Had some kitchen outlets go out. Called Mr. Sparky in the a.m. and got an appointment for between 10 – 12 that day. Technician Steven L. arrived at 11:30. He was great — completely personable, professional and highly knowledgeable. He did a quick and accurate diagnosis. As a matter of fact this review is mostly for Steven as opposed to the company, as I would definitely use them again if I could request for Steven L. to be the tech again. Price-wise, they are probably a little on the high side(so not 5 stars) but when it comes to electric stuff, I did not want to take a chance with someone a bit cheaper who may cut some corners or not stand behind their work.

Creepy, super wierd smelling person comes to my house and tries to rip me off to the MAX! Before even allowing me to discuss what I wanted to have done the technician immediately launches into a sales pitch for a surge protector that he insists that I need. $ 1200.00 before we even get started. I describe what I would like to have done, a pretty small task. Another $ 1200. So we are at $ 2400.0 Meer chicken feed. He then has the stones to ask me how much I was expecting to spend. I sent them away. It left me to wonder why the hell someone would try to charge four to five times what it should cost to do a simple job. I had the work done by an HONEST electrician for $ 300.0
