Mr. Mazda has REALLY dropped the ball. We brought it there on the recommendation of a friend for moderate bodywork. They’ve had the car for two weeks now, with little to no communication during the process. We’ve had to call to find anything out, and there is STILL no clear answer as to when it will be done. Add to that a lack of understanding, sense of good business, or any inkling of speeding up the process. Can’t speak for their other services, but based on this experience, I would say stay away!
