I was a member for many years and started to have problems with them over the last few years. They didn’t return phone calls, they forgot to auto-​bill my account so I had to pay out of pocket for a tow. Then after 6 months of me calling them, they finally reimbursed me for it but it was $ 40 short. Overall, it’s not worth the hassle to deal with these guys. It is more cost-​effective and much less trouble to just pay for each tow myself.
