Norris Sadler, DDS

This person is a poor dentist and unprofessional, he took x rays & pictures of all my teeth, then he showed me the x rays which were fine, then he showed me the pictures, here is where is shows colors added to the pictures, he showed me a healthy tooth and because it came up with some green in it he said it was decay, several pictures were the same way, (no other dentist I has done this,). I called him and canceled my appoint for the work to be done, he came on the phone and started me about his experience, I told him I read his reviews and they stink, he didn’t say anything. I did try to get an appoint to have some of my smaller cavities repaired, the receptionist said he does not want to work on you, I replied, that’s fine, if he does’t want to me then I know he will do a poor job like he has done in the past, just read his reviews for yourself,

What a crook!
Sadler is unethical and very unprofessional. My husband went to see him a couple of weeks ago for his 6 month check up as we just moved to town. He told my husband that he had 6 cavities that needed fillings (even scaring my husband into believing him by showing him «weird spots» on his teeth using all his «high tech» technology including pictures of the teeth and xray images). In addition to this ludicrous diagnosis of 6 cavities, when his last cleaning was 6 months ago, Sadler requested that he pay for full mouth xrays — even though these are unnecessary and insurance only foots that bill every 5 years. Scammed out of a quick $ 100 there.
What’s next is infuriating — my husband sought a second opinion from a friends dentist and came to find out that he in fact had not 6 cavities, but ZERO! This other dentist explained that what Sadler had shown him was where his sealant had cracked from normal wear and tear, and in fact wasn’t even a big deal at all. Not only that, but these full mouth xrays that Sadler had requested were done improperly, without bite wings, and therefore unreadable and unable to use in diagnosis of cavities. The 2^nd opinion dentist felt bad and retook the xrays free of charge.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST! They will scare you into expensive procedures and unnecessary dental work and pain. This guy needs to lose his license. It’s really upsetting that he makes people waste their money and leave others not fortunate enough to pay for a second opinion after Sadler takes the insurance payment that’s covered every 6 months.

This guy has very poor bedside manner, his secretary is loud and sometimes rude, and overall will give you a poor experience. So they can make more money directly from the pockets of their patients they require a full mouth X-​ray on your first visit. Your insurance often won’t cover it, but again it’s one of their requirements. Just avoid this place. There are better dentists out there.
