Oscars Premium Clean

I purchased their groupon for housecleaning. I scheduled the appointment but when the time came for them to show up no one came. I tried to call with no answer. I left several messages throughout the day with no return call. So, I sat around all day for no reason waiting on them to show up. I bought this groupon to have my house cleaned before family came to town for the holiday’s and was looking forward to not having to be the one to do the cleaning this year, but obviously that’s not happening. So, now I’m out money that I paid for someone else to do the cleaning and I still have to do it myself. Don’t use their services if you actually want someone to show up and clean!
I finally got someone to answer the phone around 4:45pm and after she had me on speaker phone and was moaning in my ear for 3 – 4 min she finally picked up the phone and moaned for another 30 seconds before finally having a conversation with me. She told me sorry no one showed up today what do you want to do? I asked her what she planned to do to fix the problem to which she responded «we’re booked the rest of the month». I explained that wasn’t my problem and I had booked her company to clean my house before Thanksgiving so she needed to rectify the problem. Her excuse for no one showing up was «my people aren’t good in the snow». Ummmm ok that’s an excuse to be late, not to just flat out not show up and not call! What a joke! How completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Her excuse for not answering the phone today was «oh I hurt my back yesterday and I’ve been at home». If I had a dollar every time I’ve heard someone use their back as an excuse I could employ my own full-​time maid.
DO NOT use this company they are a complete waste of time and money! They are supposed to send me a refund check tomorrow. I’m not holding my breath!
