So we had a bad windstorm this last spring and my door bent down the middle creasing every panel. I had to push them back out from the inside and install reinforcing ribs on every panel to keep the door from folding in half when it is up.

Prior to my last encounters I would have told you these are top notch folk. Sadly, I can no longer recommend them. Was having problems with my garage door and called for service. 1) The dispatcher offered me a Saturday appointment without telling me that just showing up on a Saturday would be $ 175. Unacceptable. I could have waited until Monday. 2) The guy shows up early so I wasn’t expecting him and then doesn’t have the part I need. Tells me to call back on Monday to rebook. 3) I call back on Monday and rebook. The dispatcher says she’ll send the same guy out since he knows what I need. Doesn’t follow through and sends some guy who has no idea why he’s here and doesn’t have the part. 4) I call back again and get rescheduled. Original guy shows up knowing what part I need but again doesn’t have it. Says he’ll be back in a couple of days. 5) It’s a week later, still nothing. So, I call back and talk to the raging bitch of a dispatcher who claims she has no record of any service calls to my place since 1997. 6) I quote her names of service people and dates and times and«voila» she does have a record. Now they are scheduled to return for the FOURTH time on Monday. 7) So this is Monday and it’s a no-show. I call the ever lovely dispatcher again and she says I didn’t call her to confirm — B.S. I was never told to call to confirm. Finally, had it and asked to talk to the owner. Spent half and hour on hold and finally spoke with him. Still no resolution — he’ll call me back. WHATEVER. 8) Final update. On the FIFTH visit, tech finally resolves the problem by replacing the entire unit. I pay him $ 254.00 and think I’m done. A week later I get a bill for another $ 175 for the first visit where this fiasco all started. They think they can double bill me for a service call? Seriously, avoid these bumpkins at all costs. Totally unprofessional, rude and I would never recommend them again.
