Ordered jacket for my son online in Medium, it was too small. I went to the PacSun store in the Cherry Creek Mall to exchange for a larger size and forgot the packing list. All I wanted to do was to exchange jacket for larger size and I know that PacSun has a no receipt exchange policy. Guy at counter was extremely rude and unhelpful, told me I need to have packing list or there was nothing I could do, no refund, no exchange, no store credit. I live 10 miles from nearest store, I said I could access my PacSun CC statement online that has a reference to the purchase… he told me that would work. I went to car pulled up electronic version on my tablet and headed back in the store, where he took one look at it and said, nope, sorry, that wont work. I pointed out that PacSun has a no receipt for exchange or store credit policy. He said Oh, I was just trying to get you all your money back in case it was on sale.(Not true seeing as how he wanted to turn me away before, if I hadn’t asked about CC statement he wouldn’t have gave me a second thought and let me leave store) 1. He knew the jacket wasn’t on sale bc he pointed out that the jacket was so new it wasn’t in stores yet. 2. I paid less than the current price with my rewards, so I would have gotten more store credit then needed.(Yeah, Im honest) Needless to say, I left the store with the original jacket AND a $ 100 sweatshirt for my daughter I didn’t intend on buying but felt like if I didn’t buy something, I would continued to be followed and eyeballed like I was some vagrant that just wanted to steal something. The fact that he told me without the packing list there was nothing he could do, was pretty clear he didn’t want to help me until I pointed out the policy. Weeks later I finally got the correct size and still have a sour taste in my mouth from the treatment I received in your store. I honestly felt like I was being treated like I am not good enough or attractive enough to shop at your store. I will continue to shop there bc its the closet/most convenient store to my house, but will not tolerate being treated like second class citizen.

Worst customer service ever. «Store managers» so unprofessionals. Especially Miguel. Never did anything to fix the issue and I’m still waiting for him to call back to follow up. Useless establishment. I did try to exchange a pair of sneakers and they did try to give the same ones but worn-out twice at two different locations. Never buy again from this place!!!

Not going to lie, I was surprised that there was a Pacsun in Colorado, mostly because I associate them with beaches and ocean activities(I’m originally from Hawaii and lived in Cali for 5 years). I’ve been to my fair share of Pacsuns so I was a little disappointed in this one. It took me all of 3 minutes to walk through the entire store before walking right out. They didn’t have a lot of options for girls, and a lot of what they did have, looked exactly the same. I’m used to buying summer or beach clothes from Pacsun but I couldn’t find a single thing to try on. However, if you’re looking for a swim suit, they did have a pretty descent selection.
