Five stars for Pricilla and even the rest of the team but particularly her. Not only was she happy, friendly, and helpful she was most of all Her patience with us. We had no idea what we wanted to get my future mother in law for her birthday. We kept going back and forth and looking online and waiting to hear back from her husband and she still served us with a smile Not to mention the other ladies were very pleasant in the store as well. Also thanks for the water!

It’s a shame that Sarah had a bad experience, because I actually had a wonderful experience. The customer service was outstanding. I went on a Saturday evening and I was instantly greeted warmly when I walked inside the store. A woman named Kendra helped me buy a gift for my soon-to-be mother-in-law. She was so sweet and friendly to me; we talked about my upcoming wedding and she was just so genuine and excited for me. She wrapped the gift beautifully for me as a courtesy. I was very pleased with my experience here. I truly left with a smile on my face.

Horrible customer service. I received an inexpensive $ 40 charm for Christmas and wished to return it. I called the store and spoke to an associate who told me that the store would refund my purchase with only the gift receipt. I went into the store and the manager refused to do so — she said that I needed the original form of payment and told me that I would need to return to the Santa Monica store in Los Angeles to be refunded. So basically she told me to take a trip to LA to get a mere $ 40 back. Regardless of the store’s return policy, she should have honored what the sales associate told me on the phone and coached him afterwards on what to tell customers regarding the policy. I know that Nordstrom or any other reputable store would have done so. I’m now stuck with a tacky charm that I have no use for. Maybe I should take the incompetent manager’s advice and take a trip to LA to return the thing.
