Yikes! This was the most overpriced food I’ve ever eaten. My girlfriend and I each ordered a sandwich on gluten-free bread as well as a soup. I threw in a little bag of chips also. Came to 33 dollars and some cents. I thought this was way steep, but I figured we could eat half now and bring half for our lunches the following day. Boyyyyyyyyy was I wrong. This was the finest sandwich I had ever seen, let alone eaten. Had I seen what the sandwich would look like beforehand, I would have requested a refund immediately and left. If the contents were gold, maybe it would have been okay. But no. There was one or two measly slices of turkey with some relish-type topping. I’ve never been so bitter about paying so much for food. I would have rather bought groceries and spent the seventeen seconds making the sandwich myself.

Fresh quality ingredients. We had vegetable caprese and turkey fig sandwiches. The mozzarella in veggie sandwich was so delicious. I would get that again in a heartbeat. Although the fig jam was delicious there was quiet a bit if bread for the thing slice of turkey in the sandwich. If the ciabatta was not so delicious I may have not been satisfied. We also tried their Italian and red lentil soup. Smallest cups were perfect portion to go with out sandwich. The soups taste very homemade and fresh. The lentil soup had a bit of luck to it. I’d love yo go back to try one of their famous smoothies.

Every time I eat here, I am reminded how incredible food can taste when it is fresh, chemical free, and prepared by someone who cares what they are creating! A seemingly simple salad actually leaves me smiling because I enjoy every bite. Juices and smoothies and amazing and always made with the freshest ingredients. I am glad I can not get there during lunch very often as I would be broke! It is always my first choice if I can make it during their hours.

If you have the cash, the meal is worth the price. We always enjoy the classic sandwiches and smoothies, all organic and perfectly assembled, IMO.

First time coming here for some juice and smoothie. They were very busy, like backed up busy! When we walked in the owner said its gonna be about 5 min. We waited about 10 minutes. I ordered the carrot apple veritable juice, my wife got a chai smoothie. To our amazement the owner said«let me get those for you guys since you waited so patiently.» We didn’t have to pay and our drinks were Delish! Wow… What an amazing guy! With a frustrating day still taking the time for a random act of kindness! Thanks again! We will be back soon to pay it forward!

I walked in here after yoga, the woman behind the cash register adjusted to see me, looked me up and down judgmentally, and ignored me. I waited another few minutes(no one else was in line) for the next associate to order with and waited extremely uncomfortably for my food. Would definitely never go back here based on the extremely negative customer service. I’ve heard a similar story from everyone else I know who’s gone here. I hope they stop treating paying customers horribly, or close.

The often praised textured tuna sandwich is as good as everyone else says. Extremely flavorful, a little spicy and incredibly fresh. I can’t speak to the other items on the menu because I keep coming back for more of that tuna goodness. It’s pricey-nearly $ 10 for a full sandwich, but I’m usually able to stretch one sandwich into two meals.

Can’t believe I haven’t been here yet. It’s been open 7 years. Food was nutritious, wholesome, and delicious. Looking for vegan options, and venturing out, and we found it. Yeayyy!

I actually own GoBistro down the road from Parsley, and we sell fresh real food too. I go to Parsley because it’s amazing and keeps us inspired. The soups are SO creative, flavorful, bright … just amazing. We are big fans Parsley. Big fans.

Never again. If I want a liberal advertising board for socialism I would go here again. That being said, a cup of tea and chips and a sandwich $ 17 and posters bitching about taxing corporations… the tea was good and instead of choking on the food I gave it away. CORPORATEAMERICAFORTHEGOODOFTHOSEWHOWORK… INAMERICAANDAROUNDTHEWORLD. .this place employs maybe 15 people. .General Dynamics. …employs thousands. .this place makes a sandwich for the ones who can afford it… Google helps people afford over priced sandwiches. Be careful not to bite the hand that feeds you.

I walked here for lunch last Friday(work in City&County building) and had one of the best sandwiches I have ever had: Red Pepper Turkey on their Ciabatta bread. The mix of the pesto with the turkey and peppers was just perfect, and their bread was perfectly chewy for ciabatta. Quick service, and just good food. We also had the apple carrot ginger juice and it was delicious and satisfying. Will definitely be back, and am super impressed.

My office is nearby, so I end up at Parsley a few times a month. I’m happy with my experiences, but not overjoyed. I think the bottom line for me is that Parsley could be so much more than it is with just the tiniest tweaks. The menu is plentiful and they source local and organic ingredients when possible, which is a huge plus in my book. Their soups are delicious and their triple berry smoothie is always great. I love the compostable plates, cups, etc., and am way happier supporting a small local business than a random chain. However, I really wish Parsley offered another greens/lettuce option for salads(personally, I can only eat so much spinach). I’m also disappointed by the way they approach their gluten free options – even though there’s an upcharge for GF bread($ 1? It might be $ 2), a whole GF sandwich is pretty much the same size as half of a regular sandwich(on ciabatta, that costs $ 3 – 4 less). Maybe I care too much and am just being crotchety. I’m thankful for the GF option and shouldn’t complain… I’d rather pay more and have a choice than not. But still, it just doesn’t sit well with me.

I love that this place claims to be «eco-conscious» but uses a piece of paper for each order. Consider using dry erase markers and a proper surface instead? Also the weird political statements everywhere are kind of silly.

Parsley sits in that sweet spot between completely deep-ended granola and corporate smoothie and sandwich bar. As well, they utilize holistic cooking without chemicals, additives, and preservatives in its foods. Local, to boot. The interior offers more space than most establishments of its kind, and the abundant variety, though daunting, gives your stomach any fuel it needs… whether you need a juice cleanse after a long weekend on Colfax(or whatever the bar strip is) or a hefty sandwich that still necessitates good ingredients. On a recent visit, my juice boasted kale, celery, carrot, parsley, and spinach. Just what I needed before heading to the airport only to eat my fill of McDonald’s french fries. Why did I do this to myself? I had to fight the balance between a $ 11 mediocre salad or a $ 2.60 order of pure fried starch.

Seriously the best sandwiches ever and I am an inter national touring magician! The Cherokee is slightly spicy and I love it! It’s like a moment of fresh flavors exploding into a heavenly experience. The employees are friendly and fast! Everything is organic and delicious. I wish more places would go organic, it just makes sense!

My boyfriend and I were looking for somewhere to get a healthy lunch. So I literally googled for ‘healthy restaurants’ and Parsley popped up. We were at Rooster & Moon Coffee a few blocks away and walked over. We were so pleasantly surprised at Parsley and will definitely be back! He loves spicy everything, so we ordered the Cherokee sandwich — roasted turkey, roasted green chiles, pepper-jack cheese, organic tomato, organic red onion, chipotle sauce. And also had the turkey salad with sun-dried tomato. Both were delicious and a good-sized portions for us to share the salad/sandwich combo. We wanted to order soup but none were available except for a tomato-based soup, so we passed on that. Instead we ordered mango fruit smoothie, definitely worth it! We always joke that we need to eat healthy, but nothing healthy tastes good. That’s not true at Parsley. Everything we ordered was great and we will be back to try the rest!

Parsley is an amazing neighborhood bistro serving a lot of gluten free and organic options. The heavy hitters on their menu are their sandwiches and salads, but they have a very lively selection of smoothies, vegetable juices and soups! Ive been here a few times, as its close to my work, on each occasion I’ve been very happy with each new selection. The staff is friendly and provides quick service. I suggest trying the spicy turkey on cibatta, its full of green chilies and sun dried tomatoes but isn’t too spicy. Be aware though they don’t accept amex! A great destination for lunch /dinner if you are in golden triangle district, well worth a visit!

Imma have to try their soup now that I’ve had two of their salads and one of their sandwiches(not in one sitting, thank you very much). I also had a sip of one of the fruit smoothies. Yum. All of it. So therein lies my need to try the soup. This is a very casual, walk up to the counter eating establishment. Seating is somewhat limited. My kids both loved their meals and they were HEALTHY. Hooray! Menu is pretty much soups, sandwiches, salads, and smoothies. Prices are a bit higher than most walk up to the counter joints but many of the items are organic. The staff is friendly and they move the line and the food along quickly. I’ll be frequenting this place no doubt.

The texture tuna with black sesame. I want to replicate it every day of my life. It seems so simple, but I have a feeling the only time I will ever be able to recreate the experience is if I visit Denver and go to Parsley, which is a shame because that would make their very reasonable menu item quite the pricey meal endeavor(unless I had points saved up). I could do without their«the man» is the devil attitude, but if they’re able to keep their prices affordable while still delivering great eats/drinks, then eff the man.
