Opps! They lost a couple of stars!
Went in at 7:40pm on a Thursday night, and was turned away. The signs all said ‘open’, but they were apparently not. There was one gal in the chair, and one gal styling her hair. When I got to the locked door, the gal in the chair (not the stylist) mouthed, «we’re closed»…
I get that on a slow night it might be fun to hook up your coworker with a cut and style, but not a the cost of disappointing a customer.
I returned the following afternoon, and had no trouble getting in. However, for the second time, they neglected to even offer the advertised ‘massage’ …
A great value with the coupon, but if I have to pay full price, I’m headed back to Floyd’s…
So, minus one star for getting turned away, and minus one for the $ 1 buck I dumped into the meter that I’ll never see again!
