Unfortunately, this is the type of shop that I love to patron but rarely buy from. However, I work in media and don’t have much money. If I were more affluent, I would be all over Phoebe’s…especially for all of my friends expecting.
Yes, the baby gifts are just chic and too precious/​funky for words. If Sienna Miller was your friend, you’d go here. They’ve got ‘SAVE THE DRAMA FOR YOUR MAMA’ one-​sies and graphic shirts for your newborn with a PEAPOD and the word ‘SWEET’ in front of the pod. All good, solid stuff.
The décor is nice for a walk-​thru as it screams scream shabby chic, shabby chic with all the cottage-​like accents. There’s a small pet section with some flamboyant leashes (red and sparkly, anyone?) and all kinds of fun stationery, gifts, and little luxuries.
