Pinot’s Palette

Went Sunday night for my sisters bday party and can’t be happier. Allen and Amye are absolutely amazing! The whole experience was amazing. We laughed, we cried, we painted and we ate and drank. They were accommodating to all our needs. Couldn’t ask for a better night. Thank you!

I went here with my girlfriends last night and the experience was phenomenal. I’ve been to a lot of the Paint Nite paint and sips at various restaurants but this studio by far blew those out of the water. The owner, Kate, was awesome. We ordered 3 bottles of wine, and she made us key chains out of the corks, it was such a cute touch! The instructor Sarah was so upbeat and helpful. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you for such a fun girls night.

I had a great time with my co-​workers and the instructor was nice and helpful, but it was so hard to get a parking spot. It took me about 20 minutes to find a parking spot on the street. There are so many painting studios opening up that are closer to my house and easier to get to, that I probably won’t be back.

Wow! What an incredible night! If you have a loved pet, Pet Project is a must!!! They will 100% set you up for success in completing a beautiful painting of your pet. I registered for the event and a few weeks later had to say my final goodbye to my best canine friend. Tonight was such an emotional and healing night being able to bring her love to life in a creative and fun environment. Thank you so much Pinot’s Palette!

Had such a great time and the fun began as soon as I walked in through the door. Kate, the owner, is so warm and welcoming. We were taught by Alan and he was a blast! The space is nice and large so you’re not on top of the other painters. Can’t wait to take my next class there!

So much fun! Came with a group of Co-​workers and it has been a blast so far. What a wonderful group of people running this cute little paint class.

Tonight was my first experience at Pinot’s Pallette. I have been to many other paint places but this one is a stand out.
Pros: Instructor makes a point to get to know your name. Bottles of wine $ 15! Fun picture. Paint was already set up. Two sinks. Amplified instruction. Good view of the instructor. Great attention to the kids (family friendly painting).
Cons: I took advantage of a $ 25 special. Other times it’s a standard price but does not include a complementary glass of wine or complimentary snacks. But as mentioned the drinks are reasonable.
All in all a great time that I would definitely take advantage of again on the discounted nights.

Absolutely wonderful from the moment we walked in! Came in for birthday fun and were treated so well I will be back 1,000%!!! Had the awesome Dreaming Tree Chardonay. Went down like water, so we ordered a bottle hahaha. Did the elephant painting!

Pluses — local owners are great — very upbeat, friendly, eager to help. Huge space, with 2 rooms. Lots of good paintings to choose from. Prize giveaways. Art instruction was very good, although the painting was not at all challenging. Servers bring beer and wine to table. Overall feel is trendy and fun.
Minuses — parking is HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. Alcohol is pushed more than any other venues like it (i’ve been to a lot of these places), so I would not recommend bringing children. Venue is a locally owned franchise of the largest chain in the industry. Corporate gets a cut. To say it is local is disingenuous.

Best painting and drinking experience I’ve had in Denver!!! Highly recommend !!! They serve you drinks in your seat and really help out with the painting if you’re struggling. Made me feel good! Very accommodating to my grandmother as well! I’ll be back!

We went last night and had a blast!!! Everyone is so friendly and amazing! It was such a fun experience. We will definitely be back!

My sister and I were looking for a good place to have our «sister date.» We’d heard of the wine and paint places and thought we’d try it. I did a Google search for one near us and came up with Pinot’s Pallet. I called and was ale top get us two spots for that night. The woman on the phone was so friendly and helpful! I later learned that she is one of the owners. She was our bartender for the evening. When we got there we were welcomed and given places and instructions. We got our drinks with some great recommendations from the owner. Then the artist began. She was fun and knowledgeable. She was very encouraging and helpful. We painted at a leisurely pace and had a great time. We even ended up with some great paintings! It was fun to see how different everyone’s paintings came out. I would recommend Pinot’s Pallet for an awesome time!

Took my Mom for her birthday, we both had a great time. Fun atmosphere, learned a little about painting and was able to relax. Will be back for sure!

We had a great time here, the instructors were nice and the class was well timed, and we left with some great pictures. The wine is not included in the price of your ticket, FYI, but it is not too expensive and they had a good bottomless mimosa special when we went (on a Sunday).

I selected this location for a corporate team event. It was a mixed group of males and females and I was nervous about a painting party. However, there is beer on tap and you can bring in food on your own. Made it easy to pull off and sounded fun!
The staff members were enjoyable, super helpful and made it a comfortable night for everyone. The location is decorated in a fun way and isn’t fru-​fru. The beer and wine selection offered something for everyone and yes, somehow, we managed to create some great pictures. I highly recommend this location.

Last night I took my sister for her 21^st birthday… and we had an amazing time. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and treated super special. The atmosphere in this place is so laid back as if they have known you for years. Will definitely be back.

This is such a great way to spend time with friends on a Saturday night! Great staff and cute selections

I love this place. I’ve been here a couple of times now and it’s so much fun! The staff is incredible and friendly, and they have a great selection of beer and wine.
It’s a little hard to park in the area, so I’d recommend getting there a bit early so you’re not rushing. You’ll probably have to walk a couple of blocks, but it’s totally worth it.
Love it! Just wish it was closer to my house!

Let me preface this review by sharing that neither Leo nor myself are artistic, at all. On the other hand, I am an obsessive perfectionist and Leo could care less, because when he gets too perfectionist, he gets grumpy.
We’ve done Pinot’s Palette twice; the first time, we each did the same painting, and the second time, we did two parts of the same painting to make a diptik, so we didn’t have to try and hang two of the same image in our home. I love that you can get a little creative and modify your painting to use colors you like better, add more or less trees, insert a secret cat, etc., if you heart desires. Having fun, outgoing and experienced instructors means that you can ask questions and they have solutions whenever you are panicking that you did something wrong.
The downsides for me were all the drunken folks both times. I don’t drink (causes migraines), and my partner is up for a glass of wine or a beer, but not getting trashed. It’s one thing to sing along or dance along with a song or two, but people were yelling cheering, shrieking, etc. I felt like I was at a bar in LoDo at some points, which is not my thing… at all. Obviously, this is part of the allure for some folks, but maybe there is a better time/​day to go when people are a little less intoxicated for crotchety folks like myself.
Oh! I love that you can bring in dinner, snacks, etc. The first time, some folks actually ordered a pizza. That makes it more fun and engaging, especially given that sitting for a long time hurts my back, so being able to get up, move around, nosh, spy on other people’s pictures, etc., is ideal!

I went to Pinot’s Palette last night with a large group of fellow dental students and we had THE BEST TIME!
All of the staff were incredibly fun, upbeat, and helpful. I didn’t like the colors they were using for our painting, and the staff was more than willing to get me different colors, as well as make suggestions for color combos and techniques.
Kevin was our instructor for the night and really knew how to work the crowd and make sure we had a good time. Jessica was also super awesome and so much fun!
I can’t wait to go back!
