Awesome sandwiches, soups and shakes. Being a Chicago native, I love that Potbelly has made it’s way out here. My go-to sandwich is the Italian with extra mushrooms. Fast, cheap pricing, and excellent quality, you can find me here once a week.

Working just a block away, this is always my go-to lunch place. During the lunch rush, sometimes the line is out the door, but don’t worry because they are FAST! Their sandwiches are exceptional, but for $ 5 it is a great deal! They also have dream bars, which are quite the delightful treat, filled with chocolate, caramel, and deliciousness. They also have an awesome atmosphere, thanks to this one cute guy who plays guitar and sings absolutely beautifully while you wait. Certainly makes the wait completely enjoyable!

I absolutely love this place. As a Chicago transplant, I was beyond thrilled when I heard we were finally getting a Potbelly’s in downtown Denver. They use fresh ingredients, and the sandwiches are always toasted to perfection. The other thing I love about this location in particular is how proficient they are with moving people through the line quickly without compromising the quality of their service, which is excellent by the way. I work around the corner from this location, so I generally arrive during the lunch rush. There’s always an employee holding an iPad going through the line to get orders into the kitchen faster, which I think is great, and it truly does speed up the process.

Great place for fast sandwiches. Fresh bread and ingredients. I had a turkey sandwich and enjoyed it. Will definitely be back.

I want to kick myself for working a block away for over a year before finally trying this place. FAST service with tasty, hot, $ 5 sandwiches– what more could you want? It is slightly customizable– think Subway but better. You start with a base sandwich and you can add seasonings, veggies(those hot peppers though… yum!), etc. They even let you do «thin slice» bread if you don’t want a carb hangover at your desk an hour later. Ideal for a work day lunch for everyone in the surrounding towers(like me!). Just a note: if you don’t live/work in the area and you don’t frequently walk around here, I imagine it would be so hard to find. My best advice is from 16th St mall go. behind noodles? It is hidden in that dark corner by Republic Plaza.

This little place was delicious and cheap to boot! We had farmhouse salads, the skinny turkey sandwich(which was plenty filling), and the chicken cheddar sandwich. We all loved our food, but watch out for the super spicy/delicious peppers!

The Mediterranean sandwich with chicken is amazing! Full of flavor, the artichoke and red peppers and hummus blended beautifully with the feta cheese & chicken. Outstanding customer service! When they accidentally forgot to put chicken on my sandwich, they made it right. Between the tasty & fresh food and their outstanding customer service, I will be coming back weekly.

I had the Italian sand which. It was very good! Not to mention at a great price. The bread was very tasty and a great portion. I wish they had hours on the weekend!

Excellent selection of sandwiches, including low calorie options. One of the most affordable places on the Mall. People very friendly.

The prices here are silly. I thought I misread the menu, $ 5 for a sandwich, surely they must charge for toppings, nope. Now can this places compete against the best sandwiches in town, nope. It’s not going to beat Chop Shop’s french dip or Master pieces Italian, but will it destroy the Jimmy Johns or Subways…,., everyday of the week. You need something quick and affordable that you won’t regret, give this place a shot, parking can be tough though. Oh, and if the dream bars are in stock, they’re real tasty

Tasty sandwiches. Very good prices. I had the meatball. I also had a chocolate shake. Both were exactly what I expected them to be. If you work downtown near 16th, give Potbelly a try. They were busy at lunch time around noon, but it was worth the wait and priced a couple of bucks cheaper than their nearby competition.

Potbelly’s is one of those chains you see everywhere outside of Colorado, but not much here. It is a welcome addition to the 16th St Mall since it is made for lunch! I love their sandwiches, they are fresher and heartier than what you might get at other fast sandwich chains(I am looking at you Subway). Plus they have breakfast! I love a good breakfast sandwich! My only knock is that their salads aren’t as great as the sandwiches, the dressings taste bottled and not fresh and they like to fill the bowl with iceberg lettuce(which I personally loathe). At any rate, it is a great place to stop for lunch! Plus you can order online and skip the line if you are in a hurry :) Yay!

Great sandwich shop! Very clean, and very efficient use of a small space. It gets crowded, but it doesn’t really feel overcrowded as they keep moving people through quickly. They have an employee with an IPad that walks down the line and takes your order ahead of time so when you get to the counter, your sandwich is there and you just tell them what you want on it! This is a great business model! Very reasonably priced. A few minutes ago, I got an Italian sandwhich with lots of topings, and I was out of there quickly for less than $ 5.20. Faster and less stressful than fighting the jumble of people at Jimmy John’s down the street. Better flavor too. I highly recommend! Very little seating inside, though.

I used to frequent the first Potbellys on Fullerton in Chicago in the early 1990s. Loved it then and am thrilled that they came to Denver. Granted, the sandwich marketplace has become a lot more crowded and competitive since then. After a half dozen visits to the new location, I am glad to see that Potbellys still makes some of the best sandwiches around at a great price. $ 5 for a hot sandwich with great crusty bread(white or wheat), real meat(not like the rolled/pressed Subway stuff), and giardinara. So much better than Jimmy Johns, Subway, Snarfs, and Cheeba Hut. Service is quick and friendly.

It is behind the Starbucks! I always made an effort to go to the one near the office in Michigan, so when i saw this one hidden behind the Starbucks, i let out a yip! I love the thin options, i usually get the turkey, but i get the Mediterranean this time and it was great! It has all nutrition info right there on the board, so it’s a nice way to help choose your meal! The staff is very nice, the food is tasty and filling. I have also enjoyed the breakfast options and they are very tasty!

This Potbelly location just opened a couple weeks ago on the 16th Street Mall. I am so happy to have another sandwich shop downtown! We have plenty of Jimmy John’s, which I also love, but I felt this end of downtown was in dire need of a place to get a quick, hot sandwich during lunch time. Potbelly is definitely tasty, and it’s affordable. I personally use online ordering all the time, as I like my order to be ready when I arrive so that I can make the most of my lunch hour, so I like that they have this available. I ordered the vegetarian(mushroom & cheese) sandwich, and it was under $ 5 with tax! Unbelievable. It could have used a bit more cheese, or at least it could have been more evenly distributed, as it was mainly built up in the«seam» area with none near the outer edge of the bread. But it was still good. I work nearby, so Potbelly will become a new regular lunch spot for me!
