Fast, friendly, affordable service. Knowledgable and experienced guys and they won’t try to up sell you on things you don’t need either. I would definitely recommend them if you ever need to get your car fixed or even something as simple as an oil change. They charge a fraction of what other places like Grease Monkey charge. They provide professional auto detailing service too if you want to make your car look spick and span like new again.

Looking for a good place to service your car is tough, looking for a good place that’s also honest is even tougher. As I’m from out of town, I started freaking out once my car light came on saying I needed an oil change. Came here on the recommendation of my cousin and was very pleased with the service. They were upfront with me about what they were going to do from the beginning, and didn’t try to push me into paying for unnecessary, extra work. Made an appointment Thursday night, came in Friday afternoon, and was out in about 25 min. Definitely plan on coming back!

We’ve been taking our cars to Pro Import for at least 8 years now. I have been fleeced by repair shops in the past and finding a good, trustworthy mechanic is so hard. These guys never suggest necessary repairs. They’ve been honest and the cars are always repaired on time without hiccups. I had a cracked windshield wiper fluid container once and the Infiniti dealership wanted $ 600+ to replace it and Pro Import charged me somewhere in the neighborhood of $ 250. I’ve never been back to the Infiniti dealership since that time, not even for oil changes when the car was still under warranty because I don’t want to do business with a company that takes advantage of their customers like that. We love Jimmy and his team!

I took my vehicle in for a synthetic oil change. When they finished and rang me up I was surprised to find that the price had gone up since last time. They claimed that with the previous oil change they had undercharged me because my particular car engine requires 6 quarts, not 5. Come to find out my owner’s manual states that my car requires 5 quarts, including filter capacity. It specifically states 5.0 quarts. So that means Pro Import either overcharged me or they overfilled my engine. I am actually hoping they overcharged me, because overfilling my engine by a whole quart is NOT good. In the past they have also charged me $ 20 to rotate my tires… during a brake job! That’s two separate negative experiences. Not very Pro at all.

This place is amazing! It’s so refreshing to find a honest mechanic! Great service and great employees!

I needed to get the 60,000 mile service done on my 08 Lexus IS250. I generally take my car to the dealership for repairs, however being quoted over $ 1200 essentially for spark plugs and inspection I decided to look elsewhere which led me to Pro Import. They did my 60k service for half the cost, didn’t try to sell me on services the car doesn’t need and had the job completed in just a few hours. Pro Import made a customer out of me. I highly recommend this shop.

I priced out this job all over town and these guys came in well under everyone else — all with a 24,000 mile warranty. They also squeezed me in for a pretty big job on my 2006 Acura MDX the very next day, which was hugely convenient. Took the time to explain what the work was and educate me a little bit too. All good and highly recommended. I’ll probably be returning for all future jobs.

I recently had a timing belt kit installed on my 2006 Honda Accord V6, along with a minor o-​ring repair to my power steering pump. I cannot say enough good things about Pro Import and Jimmy’s customer service. For years, I used a local Honda dealership for service, and it always seemed that I was being overcharged and they often couldn’t diagnose problems. The staff at Pro Import are incredibly knowledgeable and fair. Very Highly Recommended.

I took my 2011 Nissan Juke for an oil change and overall car check up last week. I just moved back to the area and finding a good mechanic is hard, after reading all the positive reviews I took my car in. Immediately when I walked in they were super friendly and easy to work with. I dropped off my car the night before, and the next day they called told me that my car looked great, but my rear brakes were worn and needed new ones, they gave me a great price, and about 3 hours later my car was ready. Overall, I would definitely come back here and recommend it to anyone looking for a mechanic in the area.

I took my Nissan Pathfinder in for 120k service, front wheel barring re-​packing, front & rear differential and transfer case service. I dropped it off at 8am, they gave me an accurate quote and it was ready by 3pm. Their service was quick, professional and fairly priced. I’ll be a repeat customer indefinitely

Recently came across an annoying creaking issue with my Mazda 6 when turning the steering wheel. After taking it to another mechanic and 3 misdiagnoses, I decided to give Pro Import a try.
I really appreciated Jimmy’s attention to detail and explaining his methods for finding the problem. The price was fair and the work was completed on time. I’m moving my car maintenance business to these guys. Highly recommended

not only do they use only quality parts, i trust they will do a good job and their pricing is fair. they are honest on what needs to be done and what doesn’t. they serviced my lexus RX400h and when i got it back, it felt like my car was new again. i’ve been very satisfied with their work and won’t ever go to anyone else in denver.

I know a lot about cars and can do the work myself but the problem is I don’t have time. We have taken in a couple vehicles multiple times and they have never tried to do unwarranted work to pad their fees. I trust them when they tell me something needs to be done because I double check everything.
I am also «thrifty» (meaning I’m ridiculously cheap, but thrifty sounded a little better). I always shop around and negotiate a deal. Their shop rate is the lowest in town, just an added bonus. It’s difficult to find a good shop but these guys are awesome!

Decent service but not honest at all. It almost cost me $ 600 to replace a fuel pump!!! Ridiculous. The part they used is $ 100 on ebay and $ 200 at auto zone!!! They priced it at $ 382.00 I know you didn’t buy it from either if those places but there’s no way that that price was accurate. They clearly almost doubled the parts price. Don’t take your car here, take it to someone who’s serious and doesn’t try to play they’re customers.

New to Denver and needed help fixing my truck when the repair got to be a little more than I could handle. Took a chance with these guys based on their reviews and I’m glad I did. They deserve the praise. Very professional, friendly, finished the work exactly when they said they would for exactly the price I was quoted. I will use this shop from now on, no question. I highly recommend them.

I’m new to the area and with a Honda that has 183K miles on it, I can’t risk my car being mishandled. Jimmy and his team at Pro Imports are AMAZING! I’m one of those people who will research the problem online, read forums, and ask others around me before I go to a mechanic. I like to know what issues I’m facing and ask the right questions. The guys at Pro Import didn’t give me the feeling that they weren’t listening to me. They LISTENED, understood, performed above expectation, and really took care of me and my car. The shop is clean, professional and quiet. I now understand why all of the «dealerships» dislike this place, it’s because they do it right. They take care of the customer, perform services correctly, and they have integrity for their work. I will forever send my car to this ONE shop. Thanks guys!

I’ve been going to Pro Imports for 3 years now and can’t be happier with their service of my Subaru. As a single mom, it’s extremely difficult to find a mechanic who not only takes great care to go beyond great service and offer respectable, honest, and reliable care of my car, but has also taken time out to talk me through car questions over the phone (most mechanics just tell you to bring your car in, the charge you just to look at it!)
Again, I can’t give these guys enough praise. They’ve never cheated me or given me bad advise. I’ll keep using (as well as recommending) them as long as I own imports.

Finally! Somewhere that can actually detail cars, and detail them extremely well! They detailed my and my wife’s cars — they both looked like new. I will definitely be back.

The saying, «you get what you pay for» is never more apparent than I experienced today. I was hopefully optimistic from the solid reviews of Pro Imports that I would be safe purchasing the Groupon they participated in. Unfortunately, catching a deal apparently offers lack luster workmanship. What is worse is the Groupon specifically states on the paperwork to tip off the original listed price which I was prepared to do. I even asked the gentleman in the front how much the original price was to be sure and have the proper amount upon returning to the store. Naturally I had to inspect my car first to ensure proper work had been performed.
I bought the Gold detailing packages. It included, wash and wax, steam clean engine and dress, wheels and tires, leather conditioning, doors and door jams, and ‘speed polish’ (as listed on the receipt). I chose this option specifically for the engine clean which they did a good job on. However, the speed polish left swirls and marring on the exterior paint. The rails on the top of my vehicle has the remains of polish on them which indicates Pro Imports did not mask them. Also, there are several places on the car where there is dried wax that I am going to have to scrap away.
The real issue is the marring. Marring looks like a millions of little tick marks in the paint that are in a swirl pattern from a rotary buffer. Two indicators of using a rotary buffer is the wax splattering left on the vehicle and the micro-​marring. My vehicle is black, so the appearance of marring stands out like a black eye in the sun.
Do I believe this shop is incapable of good service. Absolutely not. I believe they probably do perform better workmanship when full dollar amount is paid. What I suggest is for the company to advertise via radio etc rather than offer a Groupon in which their employees will provide substandard workmanship. The gentleman in the front was also polite, but I am afraid due to the expression on my face when I asked of the work provided he was a little embarrassed. Embarrassment leads to questionable responses.
I offer warning to those who have purchased the Groupon. II’ve posted the pictures of the marring they did to my vehicle. ****I had posted pictures, but I believe Pro Imports petitioned to have them removed because Unilocal emailed me that they took the pictures down as being destructive to the business. If they had done quality work I would have posted those, and I’m sure those pictures would have been left up. Hey Pro Imports, if you don’t want negative publicity, take pride in your work, train your employees appropriately, and stand behind your service.
