Simply doesn’t work. Got change for $ 5, put in 8 quarters to start. Spent most of the time trying to get the spray nozzle to work on any of the 15 unnecessary settings. Water/soap only trickled out. Ended up leaving with soap on my new car. Awful location.

Went here with the intentions of getting the bugs cleaned off. Used the ‘bug removal’ option that they had, followed by soap wash, and then rinse. Was very disappointed because my car still looked the same. I’m not sure if it was the quality of soap or what. Once time expires, you have to add two more dollars to continue. Other places will allow you to add as many quarters you would like for additional minutes. This place forces you to pay the whole two bucks if you want to continue washing. So after two full cycles my car is still dirty and now I have water spots all over. Maybe this is why I never see this place get busy? Expect to spend more than usual for a lower quality wash. I’d go some where else.

Don’t go here! Their credit card machines never work. Even though the machines don’t work or start the wash, you will STILL get charged on your credit card statement! What kind of business does this?! I’ll tell you — a SHADY business that«hopes» you don’t see the charges on your statement. Then they put the burden on you to recover a refund. Even if you catch the charges on your statement, they are making money by FRAUDULENTLY charging unsuspecting customers who don’t ever catch the scam on their credit card statements. I will be contacting the local TV consumer reporters!

The car wash is inexpensive, but beware of the signs posted all around directing you to their website for a refund, they’re there for a reason. The self-service bay charged my card 3 times, but only started up two of the three times I swiped. After the first swipe nothing happened, so I swiped again and got 5:20 on the clock. After time was up I tried to add quarters for additional time, but this had no affect, $ 1 in quarters gone! The third swipe added 3:30 in additional time. I went to the website for the refund like the signs posted suggested. Will update this review when the issue gets resolved. UPDATE: The carwash contacted me within a week and I received a refund check within 2 weeks. The person who called was very courteous and even followed up to make sure I’d update this Unilocal review(it’s working!) and the check included a hand written not apologizing for the experience. Overall an ok experience, little bit of hassle, three stars(up from one star).
