they have been working with our bar for three years now and still don’t have the project done and tricked us into making the final payment and then never showed back up. They sent a new guy Tim into town to clean up the mess and he made big promises and then never followed up and we still don’t have a working system and our competition does so it has really hurt our business.

If i could do less than 1 star, i would. they sent a tech to install an alarm to my business before i had even seen a contract. after many scheduling mishaps, i met with «tim» who smoothly informed me that protection 1 is the 2^nd highest security system in the US and promised me 2 months of free service due to the tech issues, i signed a contract, scheduled the install, and seemed happy. the install was scheduled for 2 days later, and the tech finally showed up 3 weeks after the appointment date. i was rather upset, and was promised that the two month service would be posted to the account (which was for a previous issue, mind you). I get a call today stating that my bill is way past due and i owe for 3 months of service. The credits were never applied. i spoke to a supervisor named Rich who informed me who just put the two months credit on the account, and that i could pay my updated bill online. I check this morning to see what the bill update is, and nothing is updated. I have been on the phone for over an hour today trying to fix this issue, and I’ve had to take down the name of the rep and her Employee ID number. (magi, #88 437). I am just now being informed of the fact that the billing is billed 2 months for the first month. this has been nothing but lies, and false information.
