I’ve had to make some changes to my opinion of this storage company. I was very explicit about what my business required before I began renting here and thought this place would be a great long term location. About a year from when we began renting a new manager came in and we quickly found that we could no longer use our spaces as we had been. Meagan did make some accommodations. However upon calling the District Manager Jeff I found that we would not be permitted to use those accommodations either. We left the last storage place because the rules kept changing. Looks like the same problem here.
My Old 5 Star Review:
I’ve had some hiccups here. But that happens everywhere. The staff is friendly, very good at communicating and always goes the extra mile to take care of me. The location is excellent for my business and the storage buildings are in fair condition. Definitely would recommend them.
