THIEVES!!! Read the other reviews! They steal money! ZERO STARS! Just left a message with the corporate office. The driver is a thief!!! Just ordered delivery through eat24. The order was wrong. I called to complain and the loud obnoxious lady on the phone continuously interrupted me and spoke over me. I was finally able to squeeze a word in and I told her to send the driver back with my money and he can take the food back. My MAJOR PROBLEM is with the driver. He came back and and didn’t give me all money back and when I asked for the rest of my money back he repeatedly tried to get me to go outside alone wth him. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable and he never gave me a reason as to why he was not able to run out to his bar by himself and bring the rest of my money back… It’s just extremely weird. Do not order from this place.

I ordered two pizzas and they quoted me 45 – 60 min which is normal for a Friday night. After 70 min and no pizza I called and they said the pizza left a while ago and should be there shortly. After 1.5 hours I called and they said the pizza was just out of the oven. So they lied about it being in transit. They didn’t offer any discount or anything. I cancelled my order and will never order again. I am now battling with the manager to get my money back. I don’t even know if I will get a refund at this point and am about to file a report with the better business bureau. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION EVER!!!

Amazing pizza, HORRIBLE coustumer service. Said it would take an hour, had to keep calling and talk to a rude employee who kept saying it’d be «right there.» Ordered the pizza at 8:00 pm, didn’t get it until right around 10:15. Ridiculous. Word of advice: NEVER order delivery from this place. It /​might/​be worth the pizza to just go in and pick it up instead, but then again, there are many other places that already have both going on…

I don’t even want to give one star. We ordered 2 pizzas and wings at 5:31pm and told it would be 45 minutes. At 6:40 we called to see where the order was and was told it would only be a couple minutes, the delivery person was in our neighborhood. 10 minutes later we called to cancel. The manager was very rude. 10 minutes after that the pizza arrived, they didn’t even call the driver to tell him it was cancelled! I ordered from Domino’s at 6:57 and had our order at 7:19 and it was much cheaper! Never again will I call this place!

We use to get Pudge Bro’s all the time from the 12th and Madison location, and loved it. this location is slow, and rude. It took them 8 mins to place an order for a medium pizza and 10 wings. Was told 45 mins to an hour, like usual. An hour and ten mins later, we called and was told I have to be patient, it will be on the way soon. As in, it is still in the pizza place. I asked for an ETA, and was not giving one. Very rude. Order from Dominos.

One star is actually being generous. I don’t know which is worse, The pizza or customer service. They are both aweful; not worth a whole star. My best advice is to stay away.
