Great service, friendly conversation. Decent, really cheap microwaved coffee shop style breakfast burritos if that’s your thing… salsa was pretty good.

Delicious bagel sandwiches and the price is right! I’ll be going back. Also the homemade ketchup is great.

Needed a quick bite to eat before we headed for a hike in the Mountains. We didn’t want to do a full sit down breakfast and Quebec St. Café was accessible from our Hotel(Doubletree next door). It was very quiet(8 AMish) and the service was impeccable. Cannot beat the price of the breakfast burritos. It was basic — eggs, sausage, cheese and salsa but still excellent. The owner really engaged with us in the short time we were there. We talked about his car, his grandkids and he recommended we visit Estes Park for the day. All in all it was a great overall experience.

What a quaint delight! I figured, local, good Unilocal scores, close by, why not?!? I met the owner and HS young daughter. He’s been here 9 years, in an office building adjacent to the Holiday Inn. A nice, small, no frills menu, with very friendly service! I ordered the breakfast burrito and coffee, total with tax was under $ 5. Plus he makes everything fresh including his green chili sauce. I layover sporadically, and found my new breakfast joint. Much cheaper with better service than the neighborhood hotels!

I work in the office building where this place is located. I have seen various incarnations of café/delis in this same spot. Quebec St Café’ is the latest. The food is good, get one of his paninis you won’t regret it. Dominic owns and runs the place and he is part of the attraction of Quebec’s. A good cup of coffee and a chat with Dominic… I recommend.
