WOW — after reading the last review, I was stunned. I have used this location for many years as my Mother(who is now 98) periodically has to get blood work done. She has never been treated with anything but kindness and respect. It probably depends on who is in the office that day. I am surprised that Quest has allowed this person to continue in their employement if this is not an unusual occurrance. There is not excuse for rudeness to anyone for any reason.

If you have the need to get Diagnostics test’s done and you are a young professional I would strongly advise you to avoid this location. I went here to get testing done for my insurance as a request of my company and experienced blatant age discrimination. The front desk employee Julie yelled at me in front of a room full of people for being 3 minutes late to my appointment(keep in mind this company does not require appointments) she said«If you are even a minute late you have to go AFTER all these people, that’s how it works here». The folks in the room looked up at her while she yelled this and a even saw a woman gasp at this treatment. I explained that I had issues finding parking that was not reserved and didn’t want to risk being towed by parking in the wrong spot. She then replied«It doesn’t matter!» I then took my paper work and sat down, mortified! Upon reviewing the paperwork another(older) woman came in late and she was beyond nice to her. I asked the younger woman sitting next to me what she thought and she agreed that Julie was very rude and couldn’t believe the night and day difference in how she treated the other woman. I looked over the paperwork and decided to re-schedule. When I called the location and asked to speak with the manager Julie continued to be rude over the phone. When I spoke with her associate Crystal(who was very kind & understanding) I found out this has happened before and she even had the supervisor’s name and phone number ready and at hand for me. So again, if you are a young profession I strongly suggest choosing another location for your diagnostic testing.
