I was a happy Qwest customer until a few moments ago. Was promised a price for internet for 2 years. After a year the pricing was increased and called to get it adjusted. It was for the next month and went back up the next. Called again, rep said they would honor it for a year. The pattern happened for the next 4 months until the last month. Not only could they not offer me the price, they billed me the difference that was suppose to be adjusted. I mean really? Rep was stern about not giving me an adjustment even for this mistake she said the other rep made. Thanks Qwest for making my like and blood pressure rise in the beginning of 2011. I’d much rather cancel and pay the ridiculous fee than be your customer.

I recently had a bad experience with Qwest. I was sold a certain package, but when my bill came it was for more than it was supposed to be. The response simply was, «sorry someone told you the wrong information.» I think it was fraud just to get me signed up. I’d recommend looking for phone and internet service elsewhere, and being very careful to document any deals you are sold by Qwest.
