Qwest

Crappy. That’s all I can say about the Qwest internet services. Don’t go there, the deal might sound ripe, and it is. Ripe like a dead skunk beside the highway ripe. I am only waiting for the Comcast tech to come install service, and Buh-​Bye Qwest. Not to say Comcast is stellar, but they are better than Qwest. I have had to randomly reset the modem they supply, a modem that is 4 months old, on a average of once a week. And that is when the line is actually open for biz. More often than not, I have huge hang times and time out errors due to slow signal. And I am talking all times of the day and night. Right now it is 2:24 AM and I have just regained service after 10 minutes of outage. And I was on hold the whole time, so you might say I am a bit pissed. A bit, heh, what an understatement. Do yourself a favor, and go with anything, even Comcast, rather than dealing with the carp you need to with Qwest and their crappy equipment.
Sorry, but I pay for access, not when it is convenient to Qwest, but all the fricken time.
