How refreshing to walk into a design space and be greeted by men in cowboy boots and jeans. I couldn’t disagree more with the other reviewer saying she felt like she didn’t meet their expectation of cliental. I am new to the remodeling world and Travis and Don walked my husband and me through the whole process with ease while I was wearing a baseball cap and no makeup. While shopping with other shops, none were nearly as helpful as Reclaimed Designworks. A process that could have been overwhelming was seamless and fun. They are the Nordstrom of reclaimed wood, totally worth every penny.

Travis, the owner, and his team were super helpful and friendly in helping us select a reclaimed wood look for basement in our home. The main sales guy wasn’t in the show room when I popped in and Travis was happy to help me out. There were many different options and I love that they now carry in stock smaller pallets of their most popular wood planks. No minimum buy necessary! This came in handy when we realized we need a border wood plank to give our project just the right look but we had already purchased our special order material. I had no idea their reclaimed hardwood for floors were so affordable. It would have only been a little more than our white oak and would have given a lot of character. Love this place. We were looking to do something different for our basement remodel project and thought adding some whitewashed barn wood would give it that «pop of style» that it needed. Travis and the other staff were so helpful and accommodating. We even ended up running out of material and they were gracious enough to help us out and get us what we needed without having to buy way more than we really needed. We know we were just a small project for them but would highly recommend them for any project you might be doing. They have some really cool stuff!

Apparently I didn’t look rich enough for this place. I understand that I’m probably not their target demographic, but I was a customer nonetheless. Their price point wasn’t much higher than what my husband and I have been discussing for our mountain home in Conifer Colorado. I shouldn’t have to dress a certain way to get someone to take me seriously or hey, even acknowledge me when I walk in the door.
