Regis Square Dry Cleaners

I decided on this facility based upon other fellow Unilocalers’ reviews
The husband-​wife couple who operate this location are genuinely nice and good business people. They’re prices are very, very reasonable.
I dropped off a white coat, 4 blouses and a pair of white bermuda shorts. The husband took my items. He looked carefully at each item which I appreciated (versus taking the items without looking for any potential problems). The white coat has some silver writing on the left shoulder. The man cautioned me that during the dry cleaning process, there was a potential for some of the lettering to come off. He then asked if I still wanted the coat dry cleaned.
The writing on the shoulder was so small that, had it come off, I probably wouldn’t have noticed. HIs willingness to look over my items and to address the concern he had with the lettering coming off left a very lasting impression upon me.
I haven’t picked up my items yet, but, in observing the attention to detail when dropping my items off, I’m impressed so far.

I used to use them regularly when I worked nearby and they were always excellent and well priced. Today I called about having some tablecloths pressed. My drycleaner near my home quoted me a price range. Regis Square quoted $ 2 less than the cheapest end of the range from my local drycleaner. Since I have 12 of them, it’s worth the drive.

The owners are extremely friendly and always do a great job. Timely, trustworthy and competitively priced.
